C\u0103 nu poate fi un reper referen\u0163ial \u00eentr-un domeniu. Dar dac\u0103 \u00een mod culpabil la\u015fi s\u0103 se \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 c\u0103, fiindc\u0103 tu nu recuno\u015fti existen\u0163a cuiva, acela ar fi condamnat la anulare, \u0163ine de o form\u0103 de abera\u0163ie schizoid\u0103. Cel despre care te prefaci c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 nu e posibil s\u0103 fie eliminat din \u201estarea iui civil\u0103\u201c ori, mai grav, existen\u0163ial\u0103. \u00cen cazul c\u0103 acela mai este \u015fi artist\/creator, inten\u0163ia este de-a dreptul criminal\u0103 \u015fi nu se mai cere dovedit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La o asemenea concluzie am ajuns lu\u00e2nd \u00een serios \u015fi motivat emana\u0163ia \u201eg\u00e2ndirii\u201c unui ba\u015ftan al \u201eliteraturii\u201c, specializat \u00een colec\u0163ionarea premiilor literare \u015fi altor bunuri \u015fi bucurii p\u0103m\u00e2nte\u015fti pe traseele itinerante ale manifest\u0103rilor literare din \u0163ar\u0103 \u015fi loco. Individul, grobian \u00een rev\u0103rsare, \u00eempropriet\u0103rit cu fotolii decizionale de aproape cinci decenii, nu a g\u0103sit \u00eenc\u0103 de cuviin\u0163\u0103 s\u0103 treac\u0103 pe la \u201eNuf\u0103rul\u201c ori s\u0103 m\u0103rturiseasc\u0103 o minim\u0103 delimitare de un trecut viguros maculat. L-am auzit tun\u00e2nd \u015fi fulger\u00e2nd c\u0103, dac\u0103 \u201edecide\u201c \u2019mnealui c\u0103 cineva exist\u0103, a\u015fa stau lucrurile. Dac\u0103 nu, nu! E\u015fti absent din \u201enomenklator\u201c, f\u0103r\u0103 drept de apel. Cu buzele \u00eentinse \u015fi ochii semideschi\u015fi, te \u00eentreab\u0103: \u201eAm scris eu despre\u2026? Deci, nu exist\u0103!\u201c \u201eBine, i-a replicat o voce din public, dar tot M\u0103ria ta ai \u00abdecis\u00bb atunci c\u00e2nd au fost \u00abmirui\u0163i\u00bb genialii realismului socialist \u00ab\u00eenving\u0103tor definitiv \u00een literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103\u201c. Mai mult, i-a\u0163i \u00abeternizat\u00bb \u00een op-ul universitar semnat \u015fi publicat \u00een zeci de mii de Exemplare \u00een an s\u0103rb\u0103toresc (primul din al treilea deceniu ro\u015fu!) \u015fi de care \u00eenc\u0103 nu v-a\u0163i lep\u0103dat public\u201c. Consecven\u0163\u0103 interioar\u0103! Posibil!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acum, c\u00e2nd totalitarismul a devenit istorie, c\u00e2nd ce! ce are \u00een fa\u0163\u0103 o coal\u0103 alb\u0103 \u015ftie c\u0103 tot ce va a\u015fterne pe ea e doar firul lui tors din g\u00e2nd, suflet \u015fi vis, din zbatere de g\u00e2nd \u015fi floare de spirit. Acum, o g\u00e2ndire ignar\u0103 activ\u0103 \u015fi, \u00een consecin\u0163\u0103, periculoas\u0103, pare o provocare diavoleasc\u0103. Dar nu e! Opti-ist incorigibil, nu rezist s\u0103-mi stivuiesc \u00een acest \u201elamento\u201c toat\u0103 drojdia amar\u0103 acumulat\u0103 \u00een \u201epseudotranzi\u0163ia\u201c aceasta ar\u0103bit\u0103 \u015fi pidosnicit\u0103, al c\u0103rei opai\u0163 de la cap\u0103tul tunelului nu-l \u00eentrez\u0103re\u015fte nici un \u201evizionar\u201c valaho-d\u00e2mbovi\u0163ean. Subculturnicii reactiva\u0163i, cu b\u00e2ta de baseball ascuns\u0103 \u00een serviete \u201ediplomat\u201c \u015fi cu examenul de capacitate am\u00e2nat, consider\u0103 \u015fi \u201edecreteaz\u0103\u201c orice privire \/ uit\u0103tur\u0103 retro ca fiind\u2026 nostalgie! \u0162i se interzice draconic de a te reg\u0103si \u00een ceva dorit \u015fi ne\u00eemplinit, de a-\u0163i reaminti \u015fi revedea ceva iubit c\u00e2ndva, cu ac\u0163iune terapeutic\u0103, acum, \u00een sufletul pur, ne\u00eentinat. De aceea, acest \u201elamento\u201c este \u00eempov\u0103rat de f\u0103\u0163i\u015f\u0103 nostalgie pentru ceva ce a existat \u015fi care a disp\u0103rut (ori se afl\u0103 \u00een curs!), f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103-i nelini\u015fteasc\u0103 pe fo\u015ftii \u015fi actualii moguli culturali. \u201eLamento\u201c-ul meu are \u00een vedere \u00eent\u00e2i \u015fi \u00eent\u00e2i CARTEA! Precum \u015fi ac\u0163iunea vandalic\u0103 de lichidare a libr\u0103riilor. Restr\u00e2ngerea spa\u0163iilor comerciale cu specific editorial \u015fi \u00eenlocuirea lor cu baruri de zi \u015fl de noapte (\u201eNight-bar\u201c!), \u201ecafe\u201c \u015fi \u201egrills\u201c. Marea libr\u0103rie Mihai Eminescu din Pia\u0163a Universit\u0103\u0163ii, \u00een plin centru al Capitalei, mai apare la vedere doar cu o vitrin\u0103. Rafturile cu c\u0103r\u0163i au fost surghiunite \u015fi \u00eenghesuite \u00een subsol \u00eentr-o deplin\u0103 clandestinitate. Parterul este acum ocupat de exponatele firmei Kenvelo (chilo\u0163ei, sutiene, vagi pantalona\u015fi etc). Mihai Eminescu \u2013 \u201eExpresia Integral\u0103 a sufletului rom\u00e2nesc\u201c (Nicolae lorga), deci \u015fi o p\u0103rticic\u0103 din noi fiecare, o f\u0103r\u00e2m\u0103, chiar infinitezimal\u0103, a fost izgonit din propria sa cas\u0103 \u2013 libr\u0103ria \u2013, f\u0103r\u0103r \u201edecret de na\u0163ionalizare\u201c emis de bol\u015fevici, \u00een vremurile \u201ede trist\u0103 amintire\u201c. Alt\u0103 \u201eloca\u0163ie\u201c pe care o men\u0163ionez, libr\u0103ria Mihail Sadoveanu, de pe bulevardul Magheru, specializat\u0103 \u00een \u201elans\u0103ri de carte\u201c, este \u201econdensat\u0103\u201c, ced\u00e2nd spa\u0163iul unei firme care comercializeaz\u0103 valize de lux. Libr\u0103ria \u015et. O. losif a devenit o prosper\u0103 cr\u00e2\u015fm\u0103 de \u201etranzi\u0163ie\u201c \u00eentru alcool, marijuana \u015fi alte atuuri ale \u201emondializ\u0103rii\u201c mult r\u00e2vnite. Aflu chiar \u00een timpul redact\u0103rii acestui lamento c\u0103 la Oradea, centru universitar \u015fi de cultur\u0103, mai exist\u0103 doar o singur\u0103 libr\u0103rie: Humanitas. La R\u00e2mnicu-V\u00e2lcea au disp\u0103rut libr\u0103riile Mihai Eminescu \u015fi Anton Pann (\u201efinul Pepelei, cel iste\u0163 ca un proverb\u201c). La fel \u015fi moderna libr\u0103rie George Co\u015fbuc din B\u0103ile Ol\u0103ne\u015fti. De necrezut! Nu am \u00eenregistrat nici un protest. Cine s\u0103 protesteze? Ministerul Culturii, \u00een care s-au perindat, cu girofar ori f\u0103r\u0103, notabilit\u0103\u0163i: prozatori, poe\u0163i, arti\u015fti, filosofi, academicieni? Vai! N-au ridicat un deget. Conducerea Uniunii Scriitorilor (Informatorilor!)? Media? Revistele \u015fi Facult\u0103\u0163ile de Litere? Chiar s\u0103 nu-i fi mi\u015fcat suflete\u015fte nimic? Ca \u015fi atunci (\u015fi \u00een \u201econtinuare\u201c) c\u00e2nd au participat direct \/ indirect (\u00een anul 2000) la aniversarea \/ p\u00e2ng\u0103rirea \u201eexpresiei integrale a sufletului rom\u00e2nesc\u201c, din care, evident, s-a observat c\u0103 nu f\u0103ceau parte. Ar fi \u015fi o motiva\u0163ie \u201ede fond\u201c pentru desfiin\u0163area libr\u0103riilor. \u015ei anume, ar trebui s\u0103 \u0163inem cont de \u201erealit\u0103\u0163ile\u201c actuale \u00een devenire noastr\u0103 stelar-european\u0103. Dac\u0103 tirajul unui volum de versuri \/ proz\u0103 \/ eseistic\u0103 \/ teatru, de la zeci de mii de exemplare \u00eenainte de \u201989 (nostalgic), a ajuns la 100-200 de exemplare (autofinan\u0163ate!), iar romane nu prea se mai scriu, fiindc\u0103 pretind munc\u0103 grea \u015fi \u00eendelungat\u0103, clasicii nu se mai reediteaz\u0103, ci se \u201ere-re-vizuiesc\u201c, difuzarea c\u0103r\u0163ii este tot de domeniul nostalgiei, mai au libr\u0103riile un prezent sau un viitor? Am omis sutele de mii de elevi liceeni care au probat la ultimul examen de bacalaureat c\u0103 n-au citit mai nimic, \u00een plus, o prea odorant\u0103 cobe a \u201eprevizionat\u201c \u015fi dispari\u0163ia limbii rom\u00e2ne \u00een urm\u0103torii 30-40 de ani <em>(Ziua literar\u0103, <\/em>8. IX. 2003, pg. 1).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deci?! \u015ei, totu\u015fi, \u00een libr\u0103rii (at\u00e2tea c\u00e2te mai sunt!), pe standuri stradale, t\u00e2rguri de carte, se l\u0103f\u0103ie volume editate atractiv din alte literaturi. S-ar zice c\u0103 \u00eentr-un fel ne lament\u0103m inutil. A\u015fa s\u0103 fie? \u015ei, atunci, cine finan\u0163eaz\u0103 \u015fi cu ce scop afacerea tip\u0103ririi \/ difuz\u0103rii unui diluviu de maculatur\u0103 \u201emondializat\u0103\u201c? Cine? Noi! C\u0103 doar nu mai suntem ocupa\u0163i de germani, ru\u015fi, turci etc? Nu, arabii nu au treab\u0103 cu literatura, ci doar cu lemnul din care se produce h\u00e2rtia de tipar. S\u0103 ni se arate un singur popor \/ popora\u015f care se declar\u0103 \u00eentr-o veselie \u00eempotriva sa! Voteaz\u0103 pentru autodistrugerea fiin\u0163ei sale spirituale, diferen\u0163iatoare, doar de dragul a ceva care de fapt lipse\u015fte cu des\u0103v\u00e2r\u015fire. Chiar \u015fi pentru a renun\u0163a la limba \u00een care ne-am n\u0103scut, a\u015fa cum s-a \u201epronun\u0163at\u201c acel potentat-adjunct\u00een ale viitorului nostru \u00eentru nemernicie \u015fi tic\u0103lo\u015firi. S-ar putea \u00eentreba cineva, pe drept, ce rost are acest \u201elamento\u201c. Are \u015fi nu putem s\u0103 facem abstrac\u0163ie. Ar fi p\u0103gubos. O critic\u0103 nu poate eluda, ast\u0103zi, situa\u0163ia autorului c\u0103r\u0163ii, difuz\u0103rii \u015fi a promov\u0103rii culturii na\u0163ionale. Nu poate face abstrac\u0163ie de efectele pernicioase ale economiei de pia\u0163\u0103 (nefunc\u0163ional\u0103!) asupra culturii, nici de neluarea \u00een calcul a unor factori subiectivi. Nu voi substitui critica literar\u0103 cu un pseudo-pamflet. Dar critica literar\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 claustrat\u0103 \u00eentre copertele unui volum, ci trebuie s\u0103 devin\u0103 metacritic\u0103, transcritic\u0103, provocatoare. M\u0103 visez un Diogene transmodern ie\u015find din tenebrele butoiului, nu cu lum\u00e2narea aprins\u0103 \u00een toiul zilei \u00een pia\u0163a public\u0103 \u015fi nu c\u0103ut\u00e2nd un\u2026 OM!
