Prezentele proze par rupte dintr-un proiect epopeic. Versatilitatea umoristului sarcast se abandoneaz\u0103, poate cehovian, poate urmuzian, s\u0103 zicem,\u00a0 \u00eentre expresionism nordic \u0219i morbiditate d&#8217;annunzian\u0103. Ne-am dep\u0103rtat de G\u0103e\u0219ti? Cu Aurel Iordache, nu se iese, se r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een G\u0103e\u0219ti, precum \u00een Calea Lactee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Se prind vipere cu duduronul, parc\u0103 \u00een eufonie cu bandoneonul sau didjiridoo-ul. Vraja Linei poart\u0103 haiducie. Cu un picior de lemn \u0219i cel\u0103lalt retezat \u00een r\u0103zboi, Tudor al Vasilinii lu&#8217; T\u0103nase prime\u0219te, de la majur bocanci, &#8216;fie c\u0103 nu \u0219i-a dat seama, fie c-a vrut s\u0103 mai n\u0103d\u0103jduiesc&#8217; (p.35), sau s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i fac\u0103 pomenile de viu. Bolovanul rostogolit de excavator e tigva disp\u0103rutului de la ateliere, iar printre oase, un inel cu numele lui. Comenzile absurde n-ar trebui executatate, de fapt, n-ar trebui date (p.61). Sinucidere, sau victim\u0103 a curajului \u0219i datoriei? (87). &#8216;Cest le cherubin Gabriel&#8217; (p. 100). Neagoe Basarab: lua\u021bi-i scara; Ana r\u0103m\u00e2ne singur\u0103 pe acoperi\u0219ul \u00eenalt. (p.109). &#8230; pe sacul de\u00a0 bicarbonat fusese vizibli lipit\u0103 eticheta &#8216;sare de lux&#8217;. (119) &#8216;Mo\u0219 Dode, vorbe\u0219ti cam \u00een dodii&#8217; (129). &#8230; actor &#8216;grim&#8217;. (137).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8216;Pe scena improvizat\u0103 din piedestalele catedrelor, se perindaser\u0103, pe r\u00e2nd, pe r\u00e2nd, Ion Minulescu, Claudia Millian, Aida Vrioni, \u0218erban Cioculescu, Vladimir Streinu, Mihail Ilovici, Em. Dumitrescu \u0219i mai des invitatul I.C. Vissarion, familiar numit aici, Nenea Iancu&#8217; (p.132). I.C. Vissarion: \u201eEu iubesc pe to\u021bi oamenii \u0219i le-am ar\u0103tat alte drumuri. (&#8230;) Voiesc ridicarea oamenilor \u0219i pace \u0219i-nfr\u0103\u021bire \u00eentre noi to\u021bi. \u00cen cartea <em>Ber C\u0103ciul\u0103<\/em> le-am spus s\u0103 fie iste\u021bi; \u00een <em>Ion Cepeleac<\/em>, s\u0103 nu fure. \u00cen <em>Zapis-\u00cemp\u0103rat<\/em>, s\u0103-\u0219i respecte cuv\u00e2ntul; \u00een <em>Ber C\u0103ciul\u0103 \u00cemp\u0103rat<\/em> am ar\u0103tat cum trebuie s\u0103 se poarte cei mari, \u00een <em>Agerul P\u0103m\u00e2ntului<\/em>, un drum c\u0103tre pace \u0219i fericire. Clasicul folcloric dialectal, onomastic, topografic, de t\u00e2rg, haiducie, r\u0103zboi se cinematografiaz\u0103 uneori la perfectul simplu, cu suspans omisionar (lacuna lui Poe): &#8216;To Dumnezeu de via\u021b\u0103 \u2013 Lespedea Uciga\u0219ului\u00a0 \u2013 Tanteleci, acompaniindu-se din cobz\u0103 la nunta \u021ba\u021bii Nastasia:\/ Radu lu Anghel din Greci, \/ Cu Soare din Hulube\u0219ti \/ \u0218i cu Udrea din Fure\u0219ti, \/ Cu Ioni\u021b\u0103 din Con\u021be\u0219ti \/ \u0218i cu Tudor din Frunze\u0219ti, \/ Ho\u021bi ca \u0103\u0219tia nu g\u0103se\u0219ti&#8230;\/ Cu must\u0103\u021bi \u00een varvarichi, \/ Cum st\u0103 bine la voinici, \/ Cum st\u0103 bine la haiduci&#8230; (23-24) \u2013 \u00centr-un an a cunoscut t\u00e2rgurile din C\u00e2rcinov, G\u0103e\u0219ti, Titu, T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te. A intrat \u00een ora\u0219e. A-nv\u0103\u021bat drumurile C\u00e2mpulungului, Pite\u0219tiului, Slatinei, a cobor\u00e2t Dealul Negru spre V\u00e2lcea \u0219i-a r\u0103scolit cr\u00e2ngurile T\u00e2rg\u0219orului \u0219i Pia\u021ba Ploie\u0219tilor. A str\u0103b\u0103tut p\u0103durea R\u00e2ioasa, a c\u0103l\u0103rit cu Gheorghe caii pe de\u0219\u0103late \u0219i pe \u0219a, a dormit nop\u021bile \u00een p\u0103dure l\u00e2ng\u0103 ruguri aprinse, la st\u00e2ni \u00een saricile ciobanilor, dar Gheorghe n-a dus-o la voinicii lui \u0219i niciodat\u0103-n lume nu \u0219i-a scos nasul din tulpan, din basma sau broboad\u0103. (25).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Basmul magnifiaz\u0103 halucina\u021biile de r\u0103zboi. \u00centors cu un singur pl\u0103m\u00e2n, dup\u0103 ce fusese r\u0103nit de trei ori p\u00e2n\u0103-n &#8217;43, \u0218tefan Cojocaru, \u0219antajat de farmacistul Rattenau, pentru c\u0103 salvase copilul vecinei sale, angaj\u00e2ndu-se s\u0103 se pl\u0103teasc\u0103 cu 30 de vipere, re\u00eencepe, probabil ca pe timp de pace, de mai nainte, s\u0103 le v\u00e2neze. &#8216;\u00cencepu apoi s\u0103 fulgere la Cornu&#8217; Caprei \u0219i \u0218tefan se v\u0103zu pe munte, singur printre vipere. Toate aveau pe cap c\u00e2te-un &#8216;v&#8217;. Alung\u0103 cu trestia c\u00e2teva, apoi l\u00e2ng\u0103 el se ivi deodat\u0103 o viper\u0103 mare, mare, aproape de-un cot. Nu mai v\u0103zuse alta la fel. Litera de pe cap sem\u0103na cu coroana domneasc\u0103 a lui Basarab din cartea de citire. \u0218i vorbea:\/ &#8211; Te fac om, \u0218tefane, dac\u0103 m\u0103 la\u0219i cu via\u021b\u0103. Eu sunt cr\u0103iasa viperelor.\/ &#8211; Nu pot s\u0103 te las, surioar\u0103! \u00cemi trebuie bani! N-ai v\u0103zut? Vreau s\u0103 m\u0103-nsor.&#8217; (12).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Spectrul zmeului se insinueaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00een dezertarea cvasisomnambulic\u0103 a ofi\u021berului german Otto Kreid, din dragoste pentru Ianka, fiica lui Iano\u0219 Szolvay: &#8216;\u2026 &#8211;\u00a0 Sonata lunii are vreun text? \/ &#8211; O infinitate de texte.\/ &#8211; Spune-mi unul\/ &#8211; &#8230;. Lupta se sf\u00e2r\u0219ise. Zmeul z\u0103cea t\u0103iat \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi de palo\u0219ul voinicului. Fata, care uitase s\u0103 respire, suspina u\u0219urat\u0103\/ &#8211; Dac\u0103 zmeul e mort, ce se va alege de dragostea noastr\u0103?\/ &#8211; Ne vom iubi f\u0103r\u0103 nicio team\u0103\/ &#8211; \u0218i ce fel de iubire este asta f\u0103r\u0103 nicio team\u0103?\/ &#8230; &#8211; \u0218i nu pot fi am\u00e2ndoi &#8230; Fe\u021bi-Frumo\u0219i?&#8217; (59).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Schi\u021bele din \u0219coli sunt c\u00e2nd idilic-medelniene (Stropii Bistri\u021bei, c\u00e2nd premiale (Ana), c\u00e2nd comunist-kafkiene (Apropiere de so\u021b), c\u00e2nd euthanasice (\u00cengerul Mor\u021bii). Ceea ce scrie Aurel Iordache este abia o magic\u0103 aruncare de buzdugan, bine intelectualizat\u0103, cu stil \u0219i calofilie, o fudulie cabotin\u0103 a naratorului c\u00e2t s\u0103 induc\u0103 lectorului deliciul deta\u0219\u0103rii de oroarea tragic\u0103 a vie\u021bii. E\u0219ti transfigurat p\u00e2n\u0103 la uitarea de literatur\u0103. Empatia d\u0103 \u00een fericire.
