PETRE CIOBANU <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cMonografia satului Cupca este o pre\u0163ioas\u0103 c\u0103r\u0103mid\u0103 la temelia a\u015fez\u0103rii adev\u0103rului rom\u00e2nesc, privind Istoria Bucovinei\u201c, dup\u0103 cum afirma in \u00eent\u00e2mpinarea monografiei omul de cultura Adrian Dinu Rachieru. Am simtit nevoia sa-l amintesc pe prof. dr .ing. Petru Ciobanu, el fiind plecat undeva intr-o lung\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103torie, mistuit \u201cde-a pururi \u201c de dorul Bucovinei.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u201cCa \u015fi celelalte sate nord-bucovinene, Cupca \u00ee\u015fi are fiii s\u0103i risipi\u0163i prin lume.Unii au plecat de la vetrele lor de bun\u0103 voie, pe al\u0163ii i-au m\u00e2nat soarta vitreg\u0103 \u015fi nevoile.\u201d ne spune Eleonora Schipor, \u00een reportajul aparut \u00een Almanahul Tuturor rom\u00e2nilor \u201cApaVie\u201d-2000 Timi\u015foara, Petru Ciobanu, \u201cUn ambasador bucovinean \u00een \u0162ara B\u00e2rsei\u201d.Via\u0163a \u00ee\u015fi are legile ei nescrise \u015fi neimpuse de nimeni\u2026<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>OBICEIURILE DIN CICLUL VIETII (tradi\u0163ii, credin\u0163e)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(Cupca, un sat din Bucovina-monografie istoric\u0103-prof. dr. Petru Ciobanu)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Obiceiuri de Cr\u0103ciun \u015fi Anul Nou. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Obiceiurile populare au o deosebit\u0103 importan\u0163\u0103 pentru cercetarea \u015fi cunoa\u015ftere particularit\u0103\u0163ilor istorice ale Etnogenezei poporului nostru, a istoriei, filozofiei, esteticii \u015fi eticii populare romane\u015fti (T.B\u0103n\u0103\u0163eanu, 1975).<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<strong>S\u0103rb\u0103torile de iarn\u0103 \u00eencep la 24 decembrie \u015fi se termin\u0103 la 7 ianuarie. \u00cen junul Cr\u0103ciunului, preotul umbl\u0103 de la cas\u0103 la cas\u0103 cu icoana, anun\u0163\u00e2nd na\u015ftere lui Hristos. Preotul intr\u0103 in cas\u0103, binecuvinteaz\u0103 bucatele de post : bob fiert cu oloi, sarmale cu crupe de porumb, oloi \u015fi varz\u0103 murat\u0103, bor\u015f de maz\u0103re cu t\u0103i\u0163ei, ciuperci (hribi) cu oloi. Cine are preg\u0103te\u015fte pe\u015fte g\u0103tit cu oloi, mere \u015fi pere uscate, compot din prune uscate, m\u0103lai, pl\u0103cint\u0103 cu mac \u015fi gr\u00e2u fiert cu zah\u0103r, toate preg\u0103tite de gospodina casei.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00cenainte de a pune bucatele, masa se a\u015fterne cu otav\u0103 ce simbolizeaz\u0103 ieslea \u00een care s-a n\u0103scut Hristos, t\u0103r\u00e2\u0163ele de la gr\u00e2ul pisat \u015fi apoi fa\u0163a de mas\u0103 alb\u0103. Preotul ia o lingur\u0103 de gr\u00e2u \u015fi-o arunc\u0103 \u00een pod dup\u0103 care gust\u0103 din bucate.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Aceea\u015fi preg\u0103tre se face \u015fi \u00een ajunul Iordanului, numai c\u0103 atunci preotul umbl\u0103 cu aghiazm\u0103 \u015fi cu crucea, vestind botezul lui Hristos.Dup\u0103 ce pretul strope\u015fte cu aghiazm\u0103, gospodina casei \u00eei pune pe cruce fuior de in sau c\u00e2nep\u0103. \u00cenaintea preotului se iese cu lum\u00e2narea aprins\u0103.Obiceiul a fost descris de Elena Niculi\u0163\u0103 Voronca \u00een 1903, fiind r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit \u00een toat\u0103 Bucovina.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Rom\u00e2nii \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 Anul Nou cu mult ali, cu zurg\u0103itul clopo\u0163eilor, cu strig\u0103te de \u201cm\u00e2n\u0163i, m\u00e2i !\u201d \u015fi \u201ch\u0103i, h\u0103i\u201d, cu pocnetul bicelor, cu simbolizarea aratului \u201car\u0103 \u015fi seam\u0103n\u0103 \u00een dricul iernii\u201d (S.Fl.Marian,1898).<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ca \u00een toat\u0103 Moldova, \u015fi \u00een Cupca aceste obiceiuri se p\u0103streaz\u0103 din trecutul \u00eendep\u0103rtat.Cu dou\u0103-trei spt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u00eenainte, feciorii din sat \u015fi copii \u00eencep preg\u0103tirile pentru Anul Nou, cei mici pentru a umbla cu \u201cclopo\u0163elul\u201d, iar fl\u0103c\u0103ii cu \u201cmalanca\u201d, cu \u201cbuhaiul\u201d\u015fi cu \u201ccapra\u201d. \u00cen general, \u00een sat se organizau 3-4 m\u0103l\u0103nci, fiecare \u00een c\u0103tunul de domiciliu, uneori \u015fi \u00een c\u0103tunele vecine.Malanca este, \u00een general, un fel de carnival \u00een care fl\u0103c\u0103ii se mascheaz\u0103 \u00een bab\u0103, mo\u015fneag, jandarm, evreu, crai, \u0163igan, \u015f.a. Afar\u0103 de ace\u015ftia, unul c\u00e2nt\u0103 din flier, altul ureaz\u0103, altul pocne\u015fte din harapnic, unul duce buhaiul. Un t\u00e2n\u0103r cu mai mult\u0103 autoritate numit \u201ccalf\u0103\u201d r\u0103spunde de organizare.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Masca \u015fi-o confectioneaz\u0103 fiecare purt\u0103tor din p\u00e2nz\u0103 alb\u0103 g\u0103urit\u0103 la ochi, gur\u0103 \u015fi urechi, vopsit\u0103 la fa\u0163\u0103 cu roz, cu excep\u0163ia \u0163iganului care are fa\u0163a vopsit\u0103 \u00een negru cu funingine.Mo\u015fneagul este cu plete \u015fi barb\u0103 mare din fuior de c\u00e2nep\u0103, cu cocoa\u015f\u0103 \u00een spate (gheb), inc\u0103l\u0163at \u00een opinci \u015fi \u00eembr\u0103cat \u00een manta de p\u0103nur\u0103.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Baba, \u00eenc\u0103l\u0163at\u0103 \u00een ciubote (cizme), mai t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103, cu c\u0103ma\u015f\u0103 cu alti\u0163e, cu catrin\u0163\u0103, \u00eempodobit\u0103 cu mini\u015ftergur\u0103 \u015fi legat\u0103 deasupra cu tulpan de flori, \u00eembr\u0103cat\u0103 \u00een cojoc, \u00ee\u015fi caut\u0103 de lucru prin casele gospodinelor unde intr\u0103, ia m\u0103tura, s\u0103 spele blidele (vasele), s\u0103 fac\u0103 focul. De aceea, \u00een seara de Anul Nou gospodinele care \u015ftiu c\u0103 o s\u0103 vin\u0103 malanca (mai ales unde sunt fete de m\u0103titat) str\u00e2ng m\u0103tura, vasele, chibriturile.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Evreul, mare negustor, \u00eembr\u0103cat \u00een haine \u201cnem\u0163e\u015fti\u201d, cu o cioar\u0103 \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103, o face de v\u00e2nzare \u015fi duce tratative cu gospodarul casei s\u0103-I cumpere boii, c\u00e2rlanii.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u0162iganul, zdren\u0163uros \u015fi am\u0103r\u00e2t, cu un v\u0103trai \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103, ciocan \u015fi c\u00e2teva buc\u0103\u0163ele de tabl\u0103, \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 gospodarului diverse repara\u0163ii.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Irozii, \u00eembr\u0103ca\u0163i \u00een alb, br\u00e2ie tricolore prinse \u00een cruci\u015f peste piept, c\u0103ciula \u00een ton cu c\u0103ma\u015fa, \u00eempodobeste cu m\u0103rgele, panglici, paiete, stelu\u0163e lucitoare din h\u00e2rtie.C\u0103ciula o mai \u00eempodobesc cu oglinzi mici.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Jandarmul, \u00eembr\u0103cat \u00een haine militare, are grij\u0103 ca cei din organiza\u0163ie s\u0103 nu fac\u0103 \u201cpotlog\u0103rii\u201d pe la case unde sunt primi\u0163i.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ur\u0103torul, cu un clopot ce sun\u0103 frumos, \u00ee\u015fi preg\u0103te\u015fte ur\u0103tura potrivit\u0103 la fiecare cas\u0103 unde sunt fete de m\u0103ritat.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Doi fl\u0103c\u0103i sau chiar b\u0103rba\u0163\u0103 \u00eensura\u0163 care \u015ftiu a c\u00e2nta din fluier \u00eenso\u0163esc malanca cu c\u00e2ntecele lor de bucurie \u015fi de joc.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Buhaiul, o putin\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 fund la cap\u0103t, iar cealalt\u0103 cu o piele g\u0103urit\u0103 la mijloc \u00een care se afl\u0103 o \u015fuvi\u0163\u0103 de p\u0103r din coam\u0103 sau coad\u0103 de cal, care \u00eei acoper\u0103 fundul.La \u201ctrasul\u201d buhaiului c\u00e2nd lipseste z\u0103pada, se folose\u015fte bor\u015f de putin\u0103.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Harapnicul care simbolizeaz\u0103 prin pocniturile sale \u00eendemnul la plug, este un bici lung cu coad\u0103 scurt\u0103 \u015fi mai groas\u0103 ca la biciul obi\u015finuit, din fuior de canap\u00e9 \u00eempletit \u00een \u015fapte sau opt , la cap\u0103t mai sub\u0163ire, se termin\u0103 cu c\u00e2teva fire de vi\u0163\u0103 sau cal, s\u0103 pocneasc\u0103 mai tare.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Calfa are grij\u0103 de \u201cs\u00e2mbra\u015fii\u201d s\u0103i s\u0103 nu fac\u0103 stric\u0103ciuni pe la casele la care ur\u0103.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Unele m\u0103l\u0103nci fac capra.Capul caprei se confec\u0163ioneaz\u0103 din lemn cioplit, avand forma capului de capr\u0103. Partea de sus, \u201csc\u0103f\u00e2rlia\u201d, iar partea de jos, botul, este f\u0103cut\u0103 aparte tot din lemn, prins de capul caprei cu un cui. Deasupra capului se fixeaz\u0103 dou\u0103 coarne, se pun urechi din linguri de lemn f\u0103r\u0103 coad\u0103, ochi din m\u0103rgele \u015fi \u00een frunte o oglind\u0103 \u00eentre coarne, Corpul caprei este alc\u0103tuit dintr-un fl\u0103c\u0103u \u00eembr\u0103cat \u00een manta \u0163\u0103r\u0103neasc\u0103 purt\u00e2nd \u00een cap \u2013 capul caprei.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Astfel, preg\u0103trile f\u0103cute, \u00een seara de Anul Nou, tot satul sun\u0103 de clopote, de bice \u015fi muget de buhai.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Copiii, asocia\u0163i c\u00e2te 2-3, umbl\u0103 \u015fi ei cu uratul p\u00e2n\u0103 la miezul nop\u0163ii, pe c\u00e2nd m\u0103l\u0103ncile, p\u00e2n\u0103 a dou\u0103 zi \u2013 Anul Nou dup\u0103 mas\u0103.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Malanca umbl\u0103 numai pe unde erau fete, la rude, la prieteni, unde era bine primit\u0103, cu \u201ccinste \u015fi sp\u0103\u0163\u201d \u015fi cu bani. Pe c\u00e2nd copiii, pentru ur\u0103tura lor, primeau drept plat\u0103 pl\u0103cinte, colaci, \u201cmalau\u0163e\u201d din f\u0103in\u0103 de porumb, mere, nuci \u015fi rareori bani.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00cen ziua de Anul Nou, de diminea\u0163\u0103 copiii umblu cu s\u0103m\u0103natul, \u00een special cu gr\u00e2u, uneori cu s\u0103m\u0103nat de c\u00e2nep\u0103 sau secar\u0103.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>De Craciun, se umbla cu steaua, cu care ocazie se c\u00e2ntau colinde. \u00cen Cupca, acest obicei era practicat mai pu\u0163in de copiii de \u0163\u0103rani \u015fi mai mult de \u0163iganii veni\u0163i din alte sate.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>De Anul Nou, unii gospodari fac c\u0103lindare, obicei vechi mo\u015ftenit din tat\u0103 \u00een fiu.Aceste c\u0103lindare se fac cu pahare, ceap\u0103 sau c\u0103rbuni.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>-Se iau 12 pahare de aceea\u015fi m\u0103rime, se umplu cu ap\u0103 \u015fi se a\u015feaz\u0103 \u00een seara de ajun pe fereastr\u0103. Fiecare pahar reprezint\u0103 o lun\u0103 din an. A doua zi, diminea\u0163\u0103 de Anul Nou, se verific\u0103 paharele. Dac\u0103 \u00een pahare a sc\u0103zut apa (s-a evaporat), \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een acea lun\u0103 va fi secet\u0103, dac\u0103 au r\u0103mas pline -\u00eensamn\u0103 c\u0103 va ploua.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>-Se iau 12 foi de ceap\u0103 la fel de mari, dup\u0103 ce s-a cura\u0163at ceapa de \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103mintea ei, se a\u015feaz\u0103 \u00eentr-un rand pe ferastr\u0103 \u015fi \u00een fiecare foaie se pune aceea\u015fi cantitate de sare \u015fi se las\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 a doua zi, de Anul Nou. \u00cen foaia \u00een care a r\u0103mas sarea nedizolvat\u0103, \u00een acea lun\u0103 va fi secet\u0103 mare \u015fi ar\u015fi\u0163\u0103.\u00cen foaia \u00een care va fi mai mult\u0103 ap\u0103, acea lun\u0103 va fi ploioas\u0103, iar foaia \u00een care sarea va fi numai umed\u0103, timpul va fi schimb\u0103tor.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>-Se iau c\u0103rbuni aprin\u015fi de aceea\u015fi m\u0103rime \u015fi din acela\u015fi lemn tare \u2013 fag, se \u00een\u015fir\u0103 pe vatr\u0103 (horn), la fiecare se pune c\u00e2te un bob de gr\u00e2u, orez, secar\u0103, ov\u0103z, porumb, hri\u015fc\u0103, cartofi, mei (m\u0103lai m\u0103run\u0163el).
