Dac\u0103 la acesta se adaug\u0103 \u015fi psihosociologia politic\u0103, avem deja de a face cu un tratat complex, util nu doar celor care lucreaz\u0103 sau vor s\u0103 activeze \u00een domeniu, ci tuturor celor care vor s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 lumea \u00een\u00a0 care se afl\u0103 \u015fi transform\u0103rile din jurul lor. Lucrarea descrie ascensiunea \u015fi rezultatele, de multe ori odioase, ale celor care au condus na\u0163iuni \u015fi care au trasat istoria \u00een dramaticul secol XX \u015fi la \u00eenceputul secolului XXI. Cum au ajuns ace\u015ftia la putere \u015fi cum \u015fi-au exercitat charisma nefast\u0103? R\u0103spunsul poate fi g\u0103sit \u00een aceast\u0103 lucrare. Dar documentarea nu ar fi complet\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 vizionarea filmelor indicate ca reper de autor \u015fi, \u00eentr-adev\u0103r, pe lista recomandat\u0103 se g\u0103sesc capodopere care fac parte din bagajul de cultur\u0103 general\u0103 obligatoriu al oricui.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u0103rturisesc c\u0103 am v\u0103zut cu emo\u0163ie cum capitolul \u00een care vorbesc despre studiul de caz Rom\u00e2nia se afl\u0103 \u00eencadrat \u00eentre Colin Powell \u015fi Tro\u0163ki, nu \u015ftiu dac\u0103 a fost \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103tor, dar e, totu\u015fi, o galerie respectabil\u0103\u2026 Am participat la suita de interviuri a autorului plec\u00e2nd de la o premiz\u0103 simpl\u0103 pe care o enun\u0163 chiar la \u00eenceputul capitolului \u00een care apar ideile mele, cea prin care mi-am asumat de mult timp rolul ingrat de a vedea \u015fi lucrurile bune din \u0163\u0103ri\u015foara noastr\u0103. Un act de provocare \u00een condi\u0163iile \u00een care, a\u015fa cum observ\u0103 autorul, tr\u0103im \u201e\u00eentr-o \u0163ar\u0103 cu o mass-media\u00a0 \u00een care toat\u0103 lumea \u00eenjur\u0103 pe\u00a0 toat\u0103\u00a0 lumea\u201d. Ce afl\u0103m din aceast\u0103 lucrare? Felul \u00een care cinematografia a urm\u0103rit zbaterile \u015fi tragediile secolului al XX-lea \u015fi le-a exprimat \u00eentr-un fel care concureaz\u0103 cu literatura. Felul \u00een care, dac\u0103 urm\u0103re\u015fti colec\u0163ia de filme recomandat\u0103 de autor, dar cite\u015fti \u015fi aceast\u0103 lucrare, \u00ee\u0163i faci o imagine clar\u0103 despre felul \u00een care lideri ambi\u0163io\u015fi, m\u00e2na\u0163i de resorturi personale \u015fi de ambi\u0163ii pe m\u0103sur\u0103, deseneaz\u0103 harta \u015fi istoria lumii. Autorul ne descrie o lume fascinant\u0103 \u00een care politica se amestec\u0103 cu alcovul, \u00een care asasinatul \u015fi pasiunile fac cas\u0103 bun\u0103 \u015fi \u00een care arta abia dac\u0103 reu\u015fe\u015fte s\u0103 se \u0163in\u0103 pe urma complexit\u0103\u0163ii vie\u0163ii pentru ca, uneori, s\u0103 o dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 prin geniul \u015fi viziunea celui care surprinde un cr\u00e2mpei de istorie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recomand acest curs nu ca pe o obliga\u0163ie de studiu, ci ca pe o lectur\u0103 fascinant\u0103 \u015fi profund\u0103, util\u0103 nu doar celor care sunt \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, ci tuturor celor care, s\u0103tui de mondenit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi frivolit\u0103\u0163i, doresc s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi hr\u0103neasc\u0103 mintea cu ceva consistent. Iar cum creierul, ca orice organ, se atrofiaz\u0103 prin nefolosire, o s\u0103 contrazic \u00een aceast\u0103 propozi\u0163ie ce am spus mai \u00eenainte \u015fi o s\u0103 enun\u0163 obligativitatea parcurgerii lucr\u0103rii lui Paul Polidor ca exerci\u0163iu de igien\u0103 mental\u0103. Plus, la fel de obligatoriu, m\u0103car o parte din vasta colec\u0163ie de filme recomandat\u0103 ca suport de curs. Felicit autorul pentru munca depus\u0103 \u015fi pentru cursivitatea textului, pentru felul \u00een care a adunat la un loc, sub un numitor comun, nume precum NICOLAE CEAU\u015eESCU \u015fi GISCARD D\u2019ESTAING, NICOLAE TITULESCU \u015fi MAXIM LITVINOV, TRUJILLO Y MOLINA RAFAEL LEONIDAS, GHEORGHE-GHEORGHIU DEJ\u00a0 \u015fi IMRE NAGY, NIKITA HRU\u015eCIOV \u015fi CHE GUEVARA, FIDEL CASTRO \u015fi SADDAM HUSSEIN, BASHAR AL-ASSAD \u015fi ESMA AL-ASSAD, STALIN, ANTONESCU \u015fi\u00a0 HITLER, KENNEDY \u015fi MAO TZEDUN, NIXON \u015fi HENRY KISSINGER, JOE BIDEN \u015fi COLIN POWELL, plus, de asemenea, SLOBODAN MILO\u015eEVICI. Curajo\u015fi din fire, liderii precum Trujillo se simt cel mai bine c\u00e2nd concep \u015fi men\u0163in o stare de tensiune, vrajb\u0103, r\u0103zboi printre cei din jur; extrem de abili, vicleni, ipocri\u0163i, ei reu\u015fesc s\u0103 stea \u00eentr-o func\u0163ie (dac\u0103 au de c\u00e2\u015ftigat) destul c\u00e2t s\u0103 se sature lumea de ei, iar veninul pe care-l \u00eemproa\u015fc\u0103, sub diferite forme, reu\u015fe\u015fte, de cele mai multe ori, s\u0103-\u015fi ating\u0103 scopul murdar. De asemenea, pot fi foarte virili \u015fi adesea pot dezvolta fixa\u0163ii \u015fi obsesii sexuale, iar filmul \u201cS\u0103rb\u0103toarea \u0162apului\u201d st\u0103 m\u0103rturie \u00een acest sens cu un Trujillo libidinos, siluind \u015fi dezvergin\u00e2nd o minor\u0103 cu degetul\u2026 Sunt persoane dezgustate de aceste imagini care nu se pot uita la film.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avid\u0103,\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 primul r\u00e2nd, de putere financiar\u0103, economic\u0103, politic\u0103 (acapararea acesteia ticluind-o prin orice mijloace, de\u00a0\u00a0 regul\u0103\u00a0 machiavelice) o bun\u0103 parte dintre lideri seam\u0103n\u0103 cu \u201cfratele\u201d lor, Trujillo. Care au fost metodele acestuia?\u00a0 El a realizat de t\u00e2n\u0103r (nu avea nici 40 de ani) c\u0103, ofi\u0163er fiind, se poate c\u0103p\u0103tui \u00eencep\u00e2nd din armat\u0103 \u015fi, mai ales, c\u0103 puterea nu e putere p\u00e2n\u0103 nu se sprijin\u0103 pe bani, a\u015fa c\u0103 a pus ochii pe aprovizionarea cu hran\u0103, \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte \u015fi alte genuri de provizii ale solda\u0163ilor. Devine comandant suprem \u00een 1927, organizeaz\u0103 lovitura de stat \u00eempotriva pre\u015fedintelui V\u00e1squez, se autoproclam\u0103 \u015fef al statului. Dac\u0103 puterea corupe, iar puterea absolut\u0103 corupe absolut, Trujillo nu putea domina popula\u0163ia \u0163\u0103rii dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 de\u0163inea \u00eentregul monopol al acesteia, lucru pe care l-a realizat \u201eimplic\u00e2ndu-\u015fi firmele personale \u00een aprovizionarea cu produse de baz\u0103 precum carne, sare, \u015fi orez. A ajuns s\u0103 controleze practic toate ramurile economice, domenii precum comercializarea tutunului, asigur\u0103ri, b\u0103nci, exportul de fructe, dar \u015fi prostitu\u0163ia.\u201d<strong><sup>(2) <\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u015ei-a \u201epromovat\u201d familia \u015fi rudele peste tot, chiar rudele prin \u201ealian\u0163\u0103\u201d. Exemplu: Trujillo merge al\u0103turi de cohorta acoli\u0163ilor s\u0103i (reper foto) pe un bulevard \u015fi vede statuia tat\u0103lui s\u0103u plin\u0103 de fecale. Amuzant\u0103 este scena din film (\u201eS\u0103rb\u0103toarea \u0163apului\u201d \u2013n.n.) c\u00e2nd \u00eel apostrofeaz\u0103 pe Pupo Roman:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201e- R\u0103spunde!
