g\u00e2ndirea politic\u0103 schimb\u0103 sau nuan\u021beaz\u0103 defini\u021biile unor no\u021biuni. Astfel <em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Dic\u021bionarul lui \u0218\u0103ineanu, ed. 1929, pe care l-am avut p\u00e2n\u0103 de cur\u00e2nd \u00een biblioteca personal\u0103, definea \u00a0\u00a0simplu <em>Na\u021bionalismul<\/em> ca fiind caracterul propriu unei na\u021biuni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 DLRLC (1955-1957) \u00eel define\u0219te ca ideologie \u0219i politic\u0103 reac\u021bionar\u0103 care sus\u021bine interesele burgheziei exploatatoare, prezent\u00e2ndu-le ca interese ale \u00eentregii na\u021biuni, cu scopul de a sparge uni\u00adtatea de lupt\u0103 a clasei muncitoare, instig\u00e2nd la ur\u0103 na\u021bional\u0103, la asuprirea altor na\u021biuni sau a minorit\u0103\u021bilor na\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 DN 1986 \u00eel define\u0219te ca politic\u0103 \u0219i ideologie care urm\u0103resc \u00eentre\u021binerea izol\u0103rii \u0219i a\u021b\u00e2\u021barea urii de ras\u0103 \u0219i na\u021bionalitate. Tendin\u021b\u0103 de a aprecia exclusiv \u0219i exagerat tot ceea ce apar\u021bine propriei na\u021biuni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Dex \u201909 2009 define\u0219te na\u021bionalismul ca fiind ideologie \u0219i politic\u0103 derivate din conceptul de na\u021biune, care a contribuit \u00een sec. XVIII-XX la cristalizarea con\u0219tiin\u021bei na\u021bionale \u0219i la formarea na\u021biunilor \u0219i statelor na\u021bionale. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Ilu\u0219tri reprezentan\u021bi intelectuali ai na\u0163ionalismului rom\u00e2nesc au fost considera\u021bi Nicolae Iorga \u0219i Constantin R\u0103dulescu Motru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Iulian Chifu, doctor \u00een \u0218tiin\u021be Istorice, specializarea Istorie Contemporan\u0103, \u00een lucrarea sa <em>\u201eNa\u021bionalismul \u00eentre doctrin\u0103 \u0219i ideologie\u201d<\/em> spune c\u0103 <em>Na\u021bionalismul <\/em>este o doctrin\u0103 relativ nou\u0103, a secolelor 19-20, pe considerentul c\u0103 el a fost formulat \u015fi introdus \u00een politic\u0103, \u00een economie, \u00een dreptul interna\u0163ional public, \u00een sociologie, \u00een urma ideilor lansate de revolu\u0163ia francez\u0103. De fapt, la origine, doctrinele na\u0163ionaliste au urmat celor patru clasici: Charles Peguy (1873-1914) lanseaz\u0103 teoria unui na\u0163ionalism umanist, cre\u015ftin, deschis, la baza c\u0103ruia este voin\u0163a de a p\u0103zi Fran\u0163a de distrugerea unui viitor r\u0103zboi prin salvarea universului tradi\u0163ional; Charles Maurras (1868-1952) fundamenteaz\u0103 na\u0163ionalismul integral, bazat pe monarhie, reinterpret\u00e2nd istoria Fran\u0163ei \u015fi ajung\u00eend la concluzia c\u0103 monarhia reprezint\u0103 singurul regim de care Fran\u0163a are nevoie. Patria este identificat\u0103 cu na\u0163iunea \u015fi cu regele, monarhia ereditar\u0103 fiind garan\u0163ia stabilit\u0103\u0163ii politice, regele av\u00e2nd puteri depline, f\u0103r\u0103 a fi jenat de un Parlament. \u00cen concep\u0163ia sa, monarhul absolut nu poate fi tiran, deoarece reprezint\u0103 na\u0163iunea, conduce pentru binele comun \u015fi nu din capriciu personal; Maurice Barres (1862-1928) asimileaz\u0103 na\u0163iunea patriei tradi\u0163ionale, pericolul fiind tot ceea ce este str\u0103in; Johannes Fichte (1762-1841) d\u0103 na\u015ftere unui na\u0163ionalism rasist determinat de necesitatea rena\u015fterii na\u0163iunii germane, pentru a se elibera de sub tirania lui Napoleon I.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Politologul rom\u00e2n Alina Mungiu Pippidi a f\u0103cut o clasificare a na\u021bionalismului, \u00een lucrarea despre \u201eTipurile de na\u021bionalism dezvoltate \u00een spa\u021biul rom\u00e2nesc\u201d, acestea fiind: na\u0163ionalism liberal; na\u0163ionalism conservator; na\u0163ionalism fundamentalist ortodox sau mistic; na\u0163ionalism revolu\u0163ionar. Citez: <em>\u201e\u00cen perioada de dup\u0103 crearea statului na\u0163ional avem un na\u0163ionalism conservator, ai c\u0103rui ideologi sunt Iorga \u015fi Motru, \u015fi unul mistic, cu accente revolu\u0163ionare, care identific\u0103 esen\u0163a rom\u00e2nismului cu ortodoxismul, descris ca stare de a fi, \u00een care voin\u0163a de a deveni altceva este absent\u0103. <\/em><em>Din aceast\u0103 perspectiv\u0103, o not\u0103 esen\u0163ial\u0103 a na\u0163iunii este confesiunea, Nae Ionescu contest\u00e2nd practic faptul c\u0103 na\u0163iunile occidentale multiconfesionale ca francezii, germanii sau englezii pot fi calificate ca atare. [\u2026] Na\u0163ionalismul revolu\u0163ionar de tip Crainic sau Cioran se desparte, prin accentul pe care \u00eel pune asupra voin\u0163ei, de Nae Ionescu \u015fi fundamentalismul ortodox. \u00abNa\u0163ionalismul nostru, scria Cioran, trebuie s\u0103 plece din dorin\u0163a de r\u0103zbunare a somnului nostru istoric, dintr-un g\u00e2nd mesianic, din dorin\u0163a de a face istorie\u00bb. \u015ei tot Cioran se desp\u0103r\u0163ea de na\u0163ionali\u015ftii conservatori, scriind: \u00abG\u0103sesc c\u0103, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, singurul na\u0163ionalism fecund, creator \u015fi vitalizant nu poate fi dec\u00e2t unul care nu numai c\u0103 ignor\u0103 tradi\u0163ia, dar o neag\u0103 \u015fi o \u00eenfr\u00e2nge\u00bb. Tuturor acestor tipuri de na\u0163ionalism le urmeaz\u0103 na\u0163ionalismul comunist al lui Ceau\u015fescu. [\u2026] Na\u0163ionalismul este \u015fi va r\u0103m\u00e2ne singura ideologie cu o baz\u0103 veritabil\u0103 popular\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia post-comunist\u0103. De ideologia na\u0163ionalist\u0103, \u00een grade diferite, sunt atinse toate partidele din sistemul politic post-comunist \u2013 din simplul motiv c\u0103 acele condi\u0163ii de baz\u0103, care f\u0103ceau din ne-na\u0163ionali\u015fti o minoritate \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 r\u0103zboaie mondiale, sunt neschimbate \u015fi ast\u0103zi, c\u00e2nd statul \u015fi na\u0163iunea sunt \u00een continuare, aproape \u00een \u00eentregime, de creat sau de recreat<\/em><em>\u201d<\/em><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Dr. C\u0103lin Georgescu, membru al Clubului de la Roma \u0219i pre\u0219edintele Centrului European de Cercetare de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Clubul de la Roma, subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 Na\u0163ionalistul rom\u00e2n adev\u0103rat ac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 din dragoste, nu din ur\u0103, cum sus\u021bin unii. Nu este \u00eensetat de r\u0103zbunare, ci de dreptate; <em>\u201e<\/em><em>A fi na\u0163ionalist rom\u00e2n \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 fii, f\u0103r\u0103 rezerve, un ap\u0103r\u0103tor al statului-na\u0163iune. Na\u0163iunea este vatra comunit\u0103\u0163ilor organice \u2013 familie, parohie, sat, comunit\u0103\u0163i voluntare gen bresle, cooperative \u2013, f\u0103r\u0103 de care nu poate exista o societate stabil\u0103, prosper\u0103 \u015fi dreapt\u0103. <\/em><em>\u00cen ultimii 25 de ani, na\u0163iunea noastr\u0103 a fost fragmentat\u0103 \u00een mici \u201ebisericu\u0163e\u201c cu interese divergente. Dintr-un popor unit suntem pe cale s\u0103 devenim o popula\u0163ie dezbinat\u0103 care \u015fi-a pierdut rostul<\/em><em>\u201d<\/em><em>. <\/em>Na\u0163ionalismul rom\u00e2nesc al secolului XXI, spune dumnealui, respinge \u00een mod hot\u0103r\u00e2t na\u0163ionalismul expansionist, fie el teritorial sau cultural, considerandu-l o form\u0103 de imperialism \u00eentruc\u00e2t vrea s\u0103-\u015fi exporte ideologia \u015fi s\u0103 controleze interesele economice \u00een statele vecine sau chiar \u00een unele mai \u00eendep\u0103rtate. <em>\u201e\u00cen locul na\u0163ionalismului expansionist, na\u0163ionalismul rom\u00e2nesc va promova un na\u0163ionalism cre\u015ftin &#8211; cre\u015ftin \u00een sensul \u00een care provoc\u0103rile acestor timpuri (provoc\u0103ri economice, ecologice, sociale sau de alt\u0103 natur\u0103) \u00ee\u015fi g\u0103sesc solu\u0163ia \u00een felul nostru de a fi cre\u015ftin, \u00een general, \u015fi cre\u015ftin ortodox \u00een particular. Legat de aceasta, consider\u0103 drept stare boln\u0103vicioas\u0103 complexul de inferioritate existent la unele popoare: \u201e<em>Opus func\u021biunilor suflete\u0219ti care constituie spiritualitatea, ar putea fi considerat complexul de inferioritate, care s-ar g\u0103si la popoarele pentru care nu exist\u0103 nimic sf\u00e2nt\u201d.<\/em> Na\u021bionalismul, \u00een opinia lui, ar fi fost spiritualitatea de dinaintea marelui r\u0103zboi mondial, care a st\u0103p\u00e2nit g\u00e2ndirea rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, dar \u0219i fapta. Rom\u00e2nismul, \u00eens\u0103, ar fi spiritualitatea specific\u0103 celei europene, ea corespunz\u00e2nd timpului s\u0103u, a\u0219a cum na\u021bionalismul a corespuns vremii anterioare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 G\u00e2ndirea, spiritualitatea oamenilor schimb\u00e2ndu-se dup\u0103 marele r\u0103zboi mondial, a dus la <em>\u201epr\u0103bu\u0219irea tronurilor, ridicarea de baricade \u0219i crize economice-financiare\u201d.<\/em> Lumea s-a convins de dependen\u021ba individului fa\u021b\u0103 de societate prin legile eredit\u0103\u021bii, \u00een\u021beleg\u00e2nd mai bine \u0219i realitatea popoarelor ca totalit\u0103\u021bi: <em>\u201ePuterile unui popor sunt hot\u0103r\u00e2te nu numai de aptitudinile suflete\u0219ti \u0219i biologice, ci \u0219i de mediul de via\u021b\u0103 al poporului: teritoriul \u0219i vecin\u0103t\u0103\u021bile acestuia. Teritoriul condi\u021bioneaz\u0103 via\u021ba economic\u0103, iar vecin\u0103t\u0103\u021bile via\u021ba politic\u0103 \u0219i cultural\u0103\u201d.<\/em> C. R. Motru consider\u0103 c\u0103 lumea care punea pe individ \u00eenaintea totalit\u0103\u021bii vorbea de democra\u021bie \u00een\u021beleg\u00e2nd egalitatea de \u0219anse pentru \u00eembog\u0103\u021bire, armonizarea de ne\u00eenf\u0103ptuit a intereselor individuale; lumea nou\u0103 \u00een\u021belege prin democra\u021bie organizarea politic\u0103 \u00een care s\u0103n\u0103tatea, morala \u0219i munca celor mul\u021bi sunt ocrotite pentru \u00eentreg poporul. El \u00eentrevedea un realism \u00een spiritualitatea nou ivit\u0103, datorit\u0103 cuno\u0219tin\u021belor noi \u00een biologie \u0219i psihologie, viitorul fiind <em>\u201ecel ce iese din realit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, el fiind rom\u00e2nismul \u00eentrev\u0103zut de Alecu Rusoo \u0219i Mihai Eminescu\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 C.R. Motru critic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 via\u021ba social\u0103 a fost \u00eentre\u021besut\u0103 cu prea multe iluzii \u0219i am adoptat cu prea mare u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 legi civile \u0219i politice nepotrivite tradi\u021biei noastre, \u00een ideea c\u0103 a\u0219a ne vom europeniza mai repede, uit\u00e2nd de interesele vitale ale totalit\u0103\u021bii noastre ca neam, ne\u00een\u021beleg\u00e2nd totodat\u0103 c\u0103 Europa a adoptat o nou\u0103 spiritualitate care ne cerea <em>\u201es\u0103 fim ceea ce suntem: pe r\u0103d\u0103cinile noastre proprii; cu destinul nostru propriu\u201d.<\/em> \u0218i exemplific\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea proast\u0103 a poporului, preo\u021bii care au admis obiceiuri p\u0103g\u00e2ne, reprezentan\u021bii \u0219colilor care \u0219i-au diminuat d\u0103ruirea pentru \u0219colari din dorin\u021ba de a pleca din sate spre ora\u0219 etc. Consider\u0103 c\u0103 <em>na\u021bionalismul <\/em>a \u00eencurajat laudele ipocrite, atribuind numai calit\u0103\u021bi poporului \u0219i oamenilor din jur, situa\u021bii care au dus de foarte multe ori la deziluzii, iluziile denatur\u00e2nd de multe ori realitatea din jur \u0219i chiar g\u00e2ndirea oamenilor. Noua spiritualitate cerea curajul de a auzi \u0219i a spune adev\u0103rul, de a\u00a0 g\u00e2ndi \u0219i a exprima g\u00e2ndurile \u00een mod sincer, <em>\u201ede a nu se min\u021bi pe sine \u00eensu\u0219i\u201d.<\/em> Ce minunat \u00eendemn:<em>\u201eOmul se \u00eenal\u021b\u0103 deasupra bestialit\u0103\u021bii prin virtualitatea pe care i-o pune \u00een suflet sentimentul religios\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0\u00cen \u00eencheiere C. R. Motru pune accentul pe spiritul realist al omului \u0219i rezum\u0103 <em>Rom\u00e2nismul <\/em>\u00een felul urm\u0103tor: <em>\u201eS\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem spiritul vremii \u00een care tr\u0103im\u201d<\/em>; \u00een\u0103l\u021barea unui popor vine prin cei ale\u0219i, <em>\u201eprin munca celor cu inteligen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i caracter. Fiecare popor \u00ee\u0219i are destinul preformat \u00een voca\u021biunile fiilor s\u0103i\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Ideile lui C. R. Motru au trezit reac\u0163ii diferite, \u00een raport de ideologia sau curentul filosofic de care a apar\u0163inut fiecare comentator. Istoricul al religiilor, filozoful Mircea Eliade (1907-1986) s-a pronun\u021bat asupra c\u0103r\u021bii: <em>\u201eRom\u00e2nismul d. Motru este istoric, nu etnic. [\u2026] \u00centr-un asemenea \u00ab\u00a0rom\u00e2nism\u00a0\u00bb cred foarte mul\u0163i oameni\u201d<\/em> \u015fi enumer\u0103 pe Camil Petrescu, E. Cioran, L. Blaga, \u015eerban Cioculescu, un asemenea rom\u00e2nism, spune el, <em>,,este, de fapt, justificarea tuturor oamenilor one\u015fti, muncitori, optimi\u015fti din aceast\u0103 \u0163ar\u0103.[\u2026] Al\u0103turi de profesorul N. Iorga, d. R\u0103dulescu-Motru este incontestabil omul cel mai viu, cel mai creator \u015fi cel mai original al genera\u0163iei de la 1900. (\u2026) \u015ei d. Iorga \u015fi d. Motru, au fost tr\u0103da\u0163i de genera\u0163ia ai c\u0103rei \u015fefi spirituali sunt\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Sociologul, profesorul Constantin Schifirnet (n.1945) vorbind despre C. R. Motru drept creator de sistem filozofic, spune c\u0103 el a avut capacitatea de a se schimba \u00een raport cu epoca \u00een care a tr\u0103it, schimbarea nefiind oportunism, ci faptul c\u0103 a fost un spirit vizionar, dornic de reformism, atent la tot ce se \u00eentampla \u00een evolu\u0163ia societ\u0103\u0163ii timpului s\u0103u, sesiz\u00e2nd necesitatea unui mod propriu de a g\u00e2ndi realitatea na\u0163ional\u0103. \u00cel consider\u0103 primul folozof rom\u00e2n <em>\u201eat\u00e2t prin forma\u021bie c\u00e2t \u0219i prin ac\u021biunea de construire a unei culturi filozofice \u0219i a unui mediu filozofic<\/em>\u201d, corect\u00e2nd \u00een acest fel imaginea nedreapt\u0103 datorat\u0103 criticului George C\u0103linescu. Legat de spiritualitate \u015fi na\u0163ionalism, \u00een ideea c\u0103 noii spiritualit\u0103\u021bi europene nu-i mai corespunde na\u021bionalismul pe care l-a urmat, citeaz\u0103 afirma\u021bia lui C. R. Motru: <em>,,C\u0103ci na\u0163ionalismul nostru de p\u00e2n\u0103 acum este o concep\u0163ie de \u00eemprumut, care a putut s\u0103-\u015fi aib\u0103 oportunitatea sa politic\u0103 \u00een trecut, care \u00eens\u0103 nu poate fi un crez al vie\u0163ii noastre rom\u00e2ne\u015fti. [\u2026] Suntem rom\u00e2ni. S\u0103 avem curajul s\u0103 ne cunoa\u015ftem ce suntem \u015fi s\u0103 ne prezent\u0103m lumii a\u015fa cum suntem&#8221;.<\/em> Apreciaz\u0103 cartea \u201eRomanismul\u201d, \u00een care autorul demonstreaz\u0103 cum rom\u00e2nismul &#8211; o form\u0103 inedit\u0103 a identit\u0103\u0163ii noastre &#8211; este spiritualitatea nou\u0103 \u00een care trebuie s\u0103 se \u00eenscrie poporul rom\u00e2n, a\u015fa cum rezult\u0103 din c\u00e2teva dintre aser\u0163iunile lui, printre care exemplific\u0103: <em>,,Rom\u00e2nismul nu este o spiritualitate pe \u00een\u0163elesul b\u0103tr\u00e2nilor, ci numai pe \u00een\u0163elesul tinerilor.<\/em> [\u2026] <em>Rom\u00e2nismul nu este fascism, nu este rasism, nu este antisemitism, ci este pur \u015fi simplu Rom\u00e2nism. El iese din credin\u0163a c\u0103 pe rom\u00e2ni \u00eei leag\u0103 laolalt\u0103 o realitate cu mult mai ad\u00e2nc\u0103 dec\u00eet aceea constatat\u0103 prin sim\u0163urile fiec\u0103rui rom\u00e2n \u00een parte. [\u2026] Rom\u00e2nismul nu este nici xenofobism, cum s-a afirmat de unii, nici ortodoxism, cum s-a afirmat de al\u0163ii, ci este un na\u0163ionalism, mai ad\u00eencit sau mai integralizat \u00een cerin\u0163ele vremii. [\u2026] Este na\u0163ionalismul ie\u015fit din condi\u0163iile istorice ale Europei, diferen\u0163iat dup\u0103 natura poporului nostru. [\u2026] Fiecare popor constituie un unicum pe lume. [\u2026] Rom\u00e2nismul e o manifesta\u0163ie a realit\u0103\u0163ii istorice rom\u00e2ne\u015fti. [\u2026] Na\u0163ionalismul fiec\u0103rui popor este o existen\u0163\u0103 original\u0103 \u015fi nicidecum copia unui model universal<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Psihologul Constantin Georgiade (1898-1991) considera c\u0103 aceast\u0103 carte <em>,,este o revela\u0163ie prin cuprinsul, observa\u0163iile \u015fi ideile sale&#8221;, <\/em>Rom\u00e2nismul fiind <em>,,o profe\u0163ie&#8221;<\/em> despre neamul rom\u00e2nesc, o lucrare de mare sintez\u0103 sociologic\u0103, <em>\u201eo contribu\u0163iune la sociologia culturii europene \u015fi la cunoa\u015fterea desvolt\u0103rii economice a Statelor europene&#8221;.<\/em> Dup\u0103 \u00a0Constantin Georgiade, cartea este \u015fi o critic\u0103 a istoriei statelor din Occident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Politologul, profesorul Ghi\u0163\u0103 Ionescu (1913-1996), democrat convins, spune c\u0103 <em>\u201eRom\u00e2nismul domniei sale este o linie medie, este admirabil\u0103 atitudine a sincerit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi a bunului sim\u0163&#8221;. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Cartea, \u00een \u00eentregimea sa, nu a avut numai ecouri pozitive. O cronic\u0103 nesemnat\u0103 se pronun\u0163a numai negativ despre aceast\u0103 lucrare a lui Motru: <em>,,Tot un f\u0103clier antina\u0163ional al \u0163\u0103r\u0103nismului, profesor \u015fi acesta, d. R\u0103dulescu-Motru, \u015fi-a cristalizat de cur\u00e2nd g\u00e2ndirea politic\u0103 \u00eentr-o carte de filosofie social\u0103 intitulat\u0103 Rom\u00e2nismul. Ce este rom\u00e2nismul, nu se prea \u00een\u0163elege l\u0103murit din lucrarea d-lui Motru&#8230;\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 Teologul Ioan N. Beju (1906-1994), constata c\u0103 o asemenea carte <em>,,\u2026de\u015fi pleac\u0103 din lag\u0103rul celor b\u0103tr\u00e2ni, se ocup\u0103 de probleme ce fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103 genera\u0163ia t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103&#8221;<\/em>, dar <em>,,B\u0103tr\u00e2nul profesor, pe care ne-am obicinuit a-l considera printre g\u00e2nditorii no\u015ftri de elit\u0103, proced\u00e2nd subiectiv, \u00ee\u015fi d\u0103 \u00een petec la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul unei cariere \u00eenchinate g\u00e2ndirii \u015fi prosperit\u0103\u0163ii&#8221;,<\/em> pentru c\u0103 nu accept\u0103 ideea c\u0103 rom\u00e2nismul \u015fi ortodoxismul coincid, \u00een opinia lui fiind entit\u0103\u0163i diferite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Na\u021bionalismul<\/em>, la ora actual\u0103, poate avea implica\u021bii majore asupra securit\u0103\u021bii europene, <em>\u201e<\/em><em>el este \u00een acela\u0219i timp factor al integr\u0103rii societale \u0219i politice, dar \u0219i impuls distructiv, generator de conflicte ireductibile\u201d,<\/em> scrie doctorul \u00een filozofie Mircea Naidin (n. 1967) \u00eentr-un eseu. El se ocup\u0103 de asemeni de g\u00e2ndirea lui Jurgen Habermas (n. 1929), cel mai important \u0219i influent filosof german contemporan, unul dintre principalii intelectuali publici din Europa, creionat de unii ca idealist, dar \u0219i criticat de al\u021bii ca fiind oarecum demodat pentru zilele noastre, care consider\u0103 c\u0103 s-a intrat \u00eentr-o <em>\u201econstela\u021bie postna\u021bional\u0103 a istoriei\u201d<\/em>, ceea ce face ca statul na\u021bional s\u0103 devin\u0103 dependent de for\u021bele economice \u0219i politice. Pentru el, <em>Na\u021bionalismul<\/em> \u2013 aidoma lui C.R.Motru &#8211; este o solu\u021bie care \u0219i-a epuizat utilitatea \u0219i nu mai prezint\u0103 solu\u021bii viabile pentru problemele sociale contemporane, problema crucial\u0103 pentru Uniunea European\u0103 fiind <em>\u201eo Constitu\u0163ie care s\u0103 consacre democra\u0163ia postna\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 asigure patru performan\u0163e: ocuparea satisf\u0103c\u0103toare a for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, corelarea eficien\u0163ei pie\u0163ei cu dreptatea social\u0103, \u00eenzestrarea Uniunii cu competen\u0163e de decizie, formarea unei identit\u0103\u0163i europene \u00een realitatea practic\u0103 a vie\u0163ii oamenilor\u201d.<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0 Oricum am g\u00e2ndi, o societate uman\u0103 nu poate exista \u00een afara unui ideal, a\u0219a precum fiecare individ \u00eel are. Ve\u0219nic c\u0103ut\u0103m o lume mai bun\u0103, mai dreapt\u0103, mai sigur\u0103 \u0219i mai frumoas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u0218i revenind la autorul c\u0103r\u021bii aduse \u00een discu\u021bie, mai amintesc pagina transcris\u0103 din amintirile lui C.R.
