As if answering Indian synonimy between tertiatry education and technique, a new Romanian-Indian paradigme, based on technique and spirituality, is proposed. Educ\u0163ia tehnic\u0103 \u00een India dateaz\u0103 din 1794; 10 milioane de studen\u0163i frecventeaz\u0103 \u00een prezent 6500 astfel de institu\u0163ii prin care se tenteaz\u0103 integrarea universit\u0103\u0163ii cu educa\u0163ia voca\u0163ional\u0103. \u00cen ultimele patru decenii, India s-a concentrat pe cinci arii-cheie de dezvoltare: spa\u0163ial\u0103, energie nuclear\u0103, agricultur\u0103 (\u015fi ap\u0103), farmacologie, biotehnologie. India a devenit lider mondial \u00een crearea unui spa\u0163iu industrial endogen prin sateli\u0163i de comunica\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Potrivit profesorului B.B. Bhattacharya, rectorul Universit\u0103\u0163ii Jawaharlal Nehru din Delhi, educa\u0163ia este global\u0103, \u00een secolul al 21-lea. \u201eUniversit\u0103\u0163ile indiene trebuie s\u0103 se preg\u0103teasc\u0103 pentru acest sistem global de educa\u0163ie.
