C\u0103ci, cel ce le introduce are \u00eempotriv\u0103-i pe to\u021bi cei avantaja\u021bi de vechile r\u00e2nduieli, \u00een schimb are slabi ap\u0103r\u0103tori \u00een cei ce sper\u0103 s\u0103 trag\u0103 foloase sub noile r\u00e2nduieli.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">\u2013 Niccolo Machiavelli<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 At\u00e2t filozofia c\u00e2t \u0219i literatura european\u0103 s-au preocupat de opozi\u021bia dintre haos \u0219i ordine. Dac\u0103 ne g\u00e2ndim la vremurile de demult, \u00een filozofia antic\u0103, filozoful grec presocratic Anaxagoras (500 i. H. \u2013 428 i. H.), credea c\u0103 ra\u021biunea a transformat haosul \u00eentr-o lume ordonat\u0103, c\u0103 Universul este alc\u0103tuit din mici particule, eterne, antrenate \u00eentr-o mi\u0219care haotic\u0103, elemente primordiale care la \u00eenceput se aflau \u00een neor\u00e2nduial\u0103 \u0219i impulsul mi\u0219c\u0103rii a ordonat aceste particule printr-un proces centrifug, \u00een urma c\u0103ruia a luat na\u0219tere Universul, principiul motor numindu-se nous (ra\u021biune, spirit). Anaxagoras a fost numit, de altfel, descoperitor al <em>nous<\/em>-ului, idee care i-a influen\u021bat pe filozofii ce l-au urmat \u2013 Platon, Aristotel \u2013 c\u00e2t \u0219i pe unii dintre P\u0103rin\u021bii Bisericii. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 unele neclarit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i contraziceri \u00een filozofia lui, el a fost \u00eent\u00e2iul filozof care a f\u0103cut deosebirea \u00eentre materie \u0219i spirit, spiritul fiind nedevenit, neinfluen\u021bat de nimic \u00een lume, care st\u0103p\u00e2ne\u0219te peste tot ce este \u00eensufle\u021bit. Esen\u021bial este, \u00eens\u0103, faptul c\u0103 grecii antici sus\u021bineau c\u0103 lumea \u00een care tr\u0103im nu mai este cea a haosului primordial, ci o lume ordonat\u0103, un cosmos, iar ideea de cosmos fiind opus\u0103 celei de haos \u0219i fiind o idee de ordine universal\u0103, conduce \u00een mod inevitabil la ideea unit\u0103\u021bii lumii. \u00cen cele din urm\u0103 au ajuns la concluzia c\u0103 at\u00e2t ordinea moral\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i cea judiciar\u0103, sunt create prin reguli sau legi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Ordinea deci, ar fi una din legile importante ale universului, prin ordine c\u00e2\u0219tig\u00e2ndu-se timp, ea fiind \u0219i o condi\u021bie a frumuse\u021bii unei societ\u0103\u021bi. Din ordinea ideilor, a vorbelor, rezult\u0103 ordinea moral\u0103 care are legile ei \u0219i pe care dac\u0103 o nesocote\u0219ti <em>\u201e<\/em><em>e\u0219ti \u00eentotdeauna pedepsit\u201d,<\/em> spunea Honor\u00e9 de Balzac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Antonimul ordinii este haosul (chaos), confuzie, dezordine. Poetul nostru Mihai Eminescu semnala, \u00een versurile sale din poezia \u201eLuceaf\u0103rul\u201d, starea de divinitate ca o stare de maxim\u0103 energetizare, starea lui <em>a fi<\/em> \u2013 starea de cosmos: <em>\u201eDin chaos, Doamne,-am ap\u0103rut\/ \u0218i m-a\u0219 \u00eentoarce-n chaos\u2026\/ \u0218i din repaus m-am n\u0103scut,\/ Mi-e sete de repaus\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 De c\u00e2te ori nu am sim\u021bit \u00een mintea noastr\u0103 ceva plutind ca o cea\u021b\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd am reu\u0219it s\u0103 ne concentr\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 ne definim g\u00e2ndul, s\u0103-i d\u0103m un contur clar? De c\u00e2te ori nu s-a aflat lumea \u00een cea\u021b\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 ra\u021biunea i-a dat contur? \u0218i a trebuit r\u0103bdare\u2026 focalizarea energiei\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Din p\u0103cate, \u00een zilele noastre tr\u0103im o realitate haotic\u0103, \u00een care totul pare r\u0103sturnat de la normalitate. Ne asum\u0103m drepturi \u0219i libert\u0103\u021bi ne mai \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de reguli c\u00e2ndva existente, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd a regulilor de bun-sim\u021b. Pierdem vremea \u00eencep\u00e2nd s\u0103 judec\u0103m pe oricine, \u00een orice mod, v\u0103rs\u0103m tot veninul pe care-l avem \u00een suflet, ura \u0219i agresivitatea ies la suprafa\u021b\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 nici o jen\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 nici un respect pentru cel\u0103lalt, f\u0103r\u0103 a ne impune limite de exprimare, f\u0103r\u0103 a realiza c\u0103 putem fi categorisi\u021bi drept mahalagii, sau chiar dac\u0103 realiz\u0103m, ne permitem mahalagismele. Mai nou nu se mai \u00eenjur\u0103, dar se love\u0219te cu inten\u021bie \u00een cele mai sensibile puncte ale adversarului, ca la box, chiar dac\u0103 acesta este sau nu vinovat. \u00cei g\u0103sim noi vini, pornind de la \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103ri vinovate sau nevinovate sau fabul\u0103m \u00een jurul unui punct g\u0103sit vulnerabil sau \u00eel travestim \u00een unul vulnerabil. \u00cen principiu ne situ\u0103m \u00eentr-o tab\u0103r\u0103, una advers\u0103 celeilalte \u0219i, vorba lui Caragiale: <em>\u201elupt\u0103, lupt\u0103 \u0219i d\u0103-i \u0219i lupt\u0103\u2026 \u0219i eu m\u0103-n\u021beledzi tocmai acum s\u0103 rem\u00e2i pe dinafar\u0103 [\u2026] neicusorule, s\u0103 nu m-aleg\u2026\u201d<\/em> Nu mai \u021binem cont de reguli, \u00eei b\u0103l\u0103c\u0103rim pe to\u021bi, risc\u0103m pentru a c\u00e2\u0219tiga! Cine nu risc\u0103 nu c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103!, nu-i a\u0219a? Nu avem opreli\u0219ti de limbaj \u0219i de atitudine, putem, ca atare, s\u0103 ne punem \u00een valoare \u00a0\u2013 dup\u0103 inspira\u021bia de moment \u2013 obr\u0103znicia. Dar\u0103 \u201eobraznicul m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 praznicul!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Sociologul Zoltan Rosta\u0219 spunea c\u0103 <em>\u201eRom\u00e2nii au tendin\u021ba asta de a porni certuri cu oameni pe care nu-i cunosc pe teme politice\u00a0din cauz\u0103 c\u0103, la noi, cultura politic\u0103 este \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een tranzi\u021bie: \u00eentre comunism \u2013 \u00een care toat\u0103 lumea t\u0103cea \u0219i o cultur\u0103 politic\u0103 democratic\u0103 \u2013 \u00een care lumea poate s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 liber\u201d.<\/em> Dar, c\u00e2nd se d\u0103 acea mult pomenita \u201espag\u0103\u201d, ea se d\u0103 \u00een mod discret, politicos, atunci gestul m\u00e2rl\u0103nesc este exclus din formul\u0103; cel care d\u0103 \u0219i cel care prime\u0219te, devin protocolari. Sigur c\u0103 spiritul critic trebuie s\u0103 existe, dar, \u00een lipsa unei clarit\u0103\u021bi a situa\u021biei, cu at\u00e2t mai mult acesta trebuie s\u0103 fie \u00eenso\u021bit de respect fa\u021b\u0103 de persoana c\u0103reia ne adres\u0103m, problema s\u0103 fie tratat\u0103 cu inteligen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i cunoa\u0219tere \u2013 \u00a0invitatul s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 preten\u021bia c\u0103 el ar de\u021bine adev\u0103rul absolut \u2013, s\u0103 fie pus\u0103 fr\u00e2n\u0103 r\u0103ut\u0103\u021bii din suflet \u2013 pe care o are orice om, dar \u00een cantitate diferit\u0103 \u2013 \u0219i s\u0103 se analizeze problema cu discern\u0103m\u00e2nt, s\u0103 nu vorbim \u00eenainte de a g\u00e2ndi, de a ra\u021biona pentru aflarea adev\u0103rului. Altfel vom crea st\u0103ri de panic\u0103, de ur\u0103, ne vom deda \u00eend\u00e2rjirii, jignirii, r\u0103nirii sufletelor, chiar \u00eemboln\u0103virii. Fiindc\u0103 nu putem \u0219ti niciodat\u0103 c\u00e2t din toate aceste atitudini ale noastre poate suporta adversarul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Num\u0103rul \u0219coli\u021bilor a crescut \u00een \u021bara noastr\u0103, dar diplomele nu ridic\u0103 nivelul intelectual \u0219i moral al popula\u021biei unei \u021b\u0103ri, de\u0219i ar trebui. De ce? Fiindc\u0103 nu se \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 despre comportament, sau, profesorii, unii \u2013 subliniez unii \u2013 conduc\u0103tori de doctorate, de exemplu, nici nu au ce s\u0103-i \u00eenve\u021be, sau, poate nu sunt interesa\u021bi de nivelul moral al doctoranzilor. Am privit cu uimire cum invita\u021bi ai emisiunilor de televiziune, \u00een necuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 de cauz\u0103, discutau despre modul de ob\u021binere a doctoratului. \u00ce\u0219i d\u0103deau \u201ecu presupusul\u201d!? Iar televiziunea, \u00een goana ei de senza\u021bional, a devenit un loc minunat de sp\u0103lare a rufelor, \u0219i nu cu un s\u0103pun soft, ci cu unul dur. Nu se vorbe\u0219te, se latr\u0103! Asist\u0103m la mahalagisme, b\u00e2rf\u0103, informa\u021bii care pot fi adev\u0103rate dar \u0219i informa\u021bii false, extrem de r\u0103ut\u0103cioase, tenden\u021bioase. Ast\u0103zi, chiar am auzit pe cineva o perl\u0103 din gur\u0103 sco\u021b\u00e2nd: \u201eDe c\u00e2nd mafia trebuie s\u0103 apere, Rom\u00e2nia?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 S-a rupt unitatea care p\u0103rea a se forma, de care avem at\u00e2ta nevoie, rom\u00e2nii s-au \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een dou\u0103 tabere. Nu m\u0103 mir, \u00een alte p\u0103r\u021bi ale lumii vedem oamenii diviza\u021bi chiar \u00een mai multe tabere! \u00cen fiecare emisiune, \u00een numele libert\u0103\u021bii cuv\u00e2ntului avem parte de venin, r\u0103utate, r\u0103zbunare a politicienilor, jurnali\u0219tii presar\u0103 \u0219i ei sare \u0219i piper (mai mult piper dec\u00e2t sare), publicului e derutat, gradat \u00eenveninat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0Filozoful, eseistul rom\u00e2n Constantin Noica (1909-1987) \u00eentreba: <em>\u201eC\u00e2nd ai s\u0103 fii \u00een ordinea ta, omule?
