Dat fr\u00e2nele guvernului \u00een m\u00e2inile parveni\u021bilor, meni\u021bi din concep\u021biune a fi slugi \u0219i educa\u021bi \u00eentr-un mod cum s\u0103 poat\u0103 scoate lapte din piatr\u0103 cu orice pre\u021b!\u201d<\/em> scrie prozatorul rom\u00e2n Nicolae Filimon (1819-1865) \u00een cartea sa \u201eCiocoii vechi \u0219i noi\u201d, cu subtitlul sugestiv \u201e<strong>Ce na\u0219te din pisic\u0103 \u0219oareci m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Ei nu-i chiar a\u0219a, nu-i fix a\u0219a, e chiar pe l\u00e2ng\u0103! Fiindc\u0103 suntem \u00een alte vremi. Nu-i a\u0219a?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cemi amintesc cum imediat dup\u0103 Revolu\u021bie am vorbit la telefon cu un scriitor. El era \u00een capital\u0103, eu \u00een provincie. \u0218i entuziasmat\u0103 i-am spus c\u0103 am sc\u0103pat de teroare, de dictatur\u0103, ho\u021bie, pref\u0103c\u0103torie etc. Omul, mai \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103, sc\u0103pat de anii naivit\u0103\u021bii, mi-a r\u0103spuns: <em>\u201eNu cred c\u0103 este a\u0219a de bine! Nu te entuziasma, vor veni al\u021bii mai fl\u0103m\u00e2nzi de putere \u0219i de bani \u0219i tot al\u021bii \u00eei vor \u00eenlocui, din ce \u00een ce mai fl\u0103m\u00e2nzi oamenii vor fi, unii de m\u00e2ncare, al\u021bii de parale \u2026\u201d<\/em> I-am repro\u0219at c\u0103-i plac snoavele\u2026 \u0218i discu\u021bia noastr\u0103 s-a \u00eencheiat cu sfatul lui de a m\u0103 g\u00e2ndi bine\u2026 Mi-au r\u0103mas aceste cuvinte \u00een minte mult timp, ca un refren\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Era sear\u0103\u2026 R\u0103mas\u0103 singur\u0103 \u00een odaie, g\u00e2ndul mi-a fugit la un sf\u0103tuitor de seam\u0103, filozoful care spunea c\u0103 omul g\u00e2nde\u0219te bine atunci c\u00e2nd nu-l stinghere\u0219te nimic: <em>\u201enici auzul, nici v\u0103zul, nici o durere, nici vreo pl\u0103cere; c\u00e2nd sufletul r\u0103m\u00e2ne singur-singurel; c\u00e2nd las\u0103 \u00een pace trupul\u2026\u201d<\/em> Numai atunci spunea el \u2013 filozoful \u2013, omul poate sim\u021bi realitatea. Era o \u00eendemnare la aprofundare \u0219i clar\u0103 vedere\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Dar m\u0103 \u00eentorc la spusele scriitorului Nicolae Filimon c\u0103 <em>\u201enimic nu este mai periculos pentru un stat ce se voie\u0219te a se organiza, dec\u00e2t a da fr\u00e2iele guvernului \u00een m\u00e2na parveni\u021bilor, educa\u021bi \u00eentr-un mod cum s\u0103 poat\u0103 scoate lapte din piatr\u0103 cu orice pre\u021b\u201d.<\/em> El asemuia pe unii inamici ai onoarei \u0219i ai virtu\u021bilor cet\u0103\u021bene\u0219ti <em>\u2013 \u00a0\u00a0\u201evulpi cu dou\u0103 picioare care \u00eentrec \u00een ipocrizie \u0219i vicle\u0219ug pe cele cu patru picioare\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Parc\u0103 nu a trecut mult timp de atunci, sau vremurile se rotesc \u0219i am ajuns \u00een punctul \u00een care oamenii nu mai au personalitate, onoare, devin versatili, se duc dup\u0103 v\u00e2ntul care bate, schimb\u00e2ndu-\u0219i p\u0103rerile. Un exemplu este avocatul poporului, adic\u0103 \u201eInstitu\u021bia Avocatul Poporului\u201d, una dintre structurile institu\u021bionale relativ noi, create prin Constitu\u021bia din 1991, al\u0103turi de Curtea Constitu\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i av\u00e2nd drept scop ap\u0103rarea drepturilor \u0219i libert\u0103\u021bilor persoanelor fizice \u00een raporturile acestora cu autorit\u0103\u021bile administra\u021biei publice. P\u00e2n\u0103 acum taciturn, dintr-o dat\u0103 Avocatul poporului devine avocatul unui partid, mai mult, al \u0219efului de partid c\u0103ruia \u00eei ap\u0103r\u0103 interesele prin contestarea la Curtea Constitu\u021bional\u0103 a legii 90\/2001 care interzice unui condamnat penal s\u0103 ocupe func\u021bii \u00een guvern. Cu ce scop? Se pare c\u0103 acela de nerespectarea legii existente \u0219i crearea unei c\u0103i penalilor, de a ocupa func\u021bii \u00een conducere.\u00a0 \u00cen ce lume ne afl\u0103m? <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>S-a stat la p\u00e2nd\u0103 \u0219i se \u00eencearc\u0103 o lovitur\u0103? De ce mai spuneau filozofii antici c\u0103 o lege, bun\u0103 sau rea trebuie respectat\u0103? De ce poporul nostru credea \u00een proverbul <em>\u201eunde-i lege nu-i tocmeal\u0103\u201d,<\/em> c\u00e2nd \u00eencepem, iat\u0103, a ne tocmi?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u0218i se poveste\u0219te c\u0103 pe vremuri parveni\u021bii erau la \u00eenceput slugoi, dar ast\u0103zi se ive\u0219te dintr-o dat\u0103 c\u00e2te unul doritor a se c\u0103\u021b\u0103ra \u00een ierarhia conduc\u0103torilor, \u00ee\u0219i permite s\u0103 insulte, s\u0103-\u0219i manifeste cu neru\u0219inare orgoliul ca \u0219i cum ar fi numai el atotcunosc\u0103tor, atotf\u0103c\u0103tor. Pare a fi o lips\u0103 de bun-sim\u021b, de respect pentru oamenii care sunt educa\u021bi \u0219i care doresc s\u0103 ne fie exemplu \u0219i s\u0103 arunce semin\u021be bune pe terenul otr\u0103vit de discursuri goale, \u021b\u00e2fnoase, impertinente, cu iz d\u00e2mbovi\u021bean.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cen\u021belep\u021bii vorbeau c\u00e2ndva despre <em>\u201ep\u0103rerea just\u0103 \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021ba\u201d,<\/em> adic\u0103 adev\u0103rul, dreptatea \u0219i cunoa\u0219terea, necesare oamenilor de stat, conduc\u0103torilor. Cel care se crede atotcunosc\u0103tor, lipsit total de modestie (de unde?) m\u0103sluie\u0219te realitatea, o confund\u0103 cu necesitatea \u0219i cu posibilitatea. Un talme\u0219-balme\u0219.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0Revin la autorul c\u0103r\u021bii\u00a0 care avea un crez, o conduit\u0103 frumoas\u0103, fiu de preot fiind, \u0219i care amintea c\u0103 de acum dou\u0103 mii de ani Platon vorbea despre calit\u0103\u021bile necesare unui om onest \u0219i modest: \u201e<em>bine n\u0103scut, crescut \u00een frica lui Dumnezeu, \u0219i din copil\u0103rie p\u00e2n\u0103 la maturitate s\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 \u00eenconjurat de oameni virtuo\u0219i \u0219i drep\u021bi\u201d.<\/em> De unde? Iat\u0103 omul! Omul surprizelor!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Tupeul este definit \u00een dic\u021bionar ca fiind \u00eendr\u0103zneal\u0103, cutezan\u021b\u0103 care \u00eentrece limita cuvenit\u0103; obr\u0103znicie, impertinen\u021b\u0103. Tupeistul este cel lipsit de bun\u0103-cuviin\u021b\u0103 sau de respect; obraznic, insolent. Arhimandrit. Simeon Kraiopoulos, cel care a scris multe c\u0103r\u021bi de \u00een\u021belepciune, spune c\u0103 \u00een zilele noastre <em>\u201eomul<strong> <\/strong><strong>s-a m\u00e2ndrit \u0219i, din pricina egoismului s\u0103u, din evlavios \u0219i smerit fa\u021b\u0103 de Dumnezeu a devenit<\/strong><\/em><strong> <\/strong><em>obraznic, impertinent, seme\u021b\u201d<\/em><strong>. Deci, se poart\u0103! Se \u0219tie c\u0103 tupeul, orgoliul nem\u0103surat este \u00eensu\u0219it prin educa\u021bie, este \u00een str\u00e2ns\u0103 leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu egoismul \u0219i folosit pentru a domina. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Iar Biblia ne spune c\u0103 <em>\u201e<\/em><\/strong><em>m\u00e2ndria merge \u00eenaintea pieirii, \u0219i trufia merge \u00eenainte c\u0103derii\u201d.<\/em><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Cum de avem parte de at\u00e2\u021bia oameni impertinen\u021bi \u0219i cum de nu sunt pu\u0219i la punct de oamenii cinsti\u021bi \u0219i bine crescu\u021bi, cei care au reprezentat poporul nostru dintotdeauna? Sau mai sunt unii care cred \u00een \u201em\u0103re\u021bia \u0219i tupeul\u201d afi\u0219at \u0219i a\u0219teapt\u0103 idei, fapte pentru a li se \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi via\u021ba? Sau, r\u0103bd\u0103tori fiind, oamenii a\u0219teapt\u0103 s\u0103 vad\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 unde merge nesim\u021birea, orgoliul?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u0218i ca s\u0103 trec la povestire, \u00eentruna din nuvelele din \u201eCiocoii vechi \u0219i noi\u201d, cu acel subtitlu sugestiv \u201eCe na\u0219te din pisic\u0103 \u0219oareci m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103\u201d, personajul principal <strong>Dinu P\u0103turic\u0103, ambi\u021biosul ciocoi, preg\u0103tise o cin\u0103 la care invitase pe cei mai apropia\u021bi amici ai s\u0103i. \u0218i din vorb\u0103 \u00een vorb\u0103, chefuind, \u00eei \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba pe amici cum s\u0103 se \u00eenavu\u021beasc\u0103.
