\"\"<\/a>Victor Cilinc\u0103 s-a n\u0103scut pe 16 ianuarie 1958, la Pa\u015fcani, Rom\u00e2nia. P\u0103rin\u0163ii lui sunt rom\u00e2ni, dar o bunic\u0103 a fost rusoaic\u0103 \u015fi un bunic, grec. Victor locuie\u015fte \u00een Gala\u0163i, Rom\u00e2nia. Victor are un CV care el \u00eensu\u015fi poate constitui subiectul unui film sau al unei piese de teatru. A str\u0103b\u0103tut Marea Neagr\u0103, Mediterana \u015fi Atlanticul p\u00e2n\u0103 la Capul Bunei Speran\u0163e, la Capetown, a prins r\u0103zboaie civile \u015fi terorism \u00een Africa. Victor m\u0103rturise\u015fte \u201eM-am \u00eendr\u0103gostit de Continentul Negru. Am fost scafandru autonom \u00een zona Namibiei, scrijel\u00e2nd, \u00een rare momente de lini\u015fte, poeme pe burta din fier a vapoarelor, acolo, sub ap\u0103, printre foci curioase\u201d.<\/p>\n

Victor a publicat 26 de volume, dintre care nou\u0103 romane, a scris peste 30 de piese de teatru. A scris scenarii de film \u015fi radiofonice. A realizat un desen animat. A pictat \u015fi sculptat, particip\u00e2nd la c\u00e2teva expozi\u0163ii. De asemenea a ilustrat c\u00e2teva zeci de c\u0103r\u0163i. Victor a publicat poezie \u00een diferite reviste \u015fi-a ob\u0163inut premii pentru poezie. Primul s\u0103u volum de poezie, \u201eMezzoland\u201d<\/em>, a fost publicat la Editura N\u2019ERGO, Gala\u0163i, \u00een 2005. Volumul \u201eELEGIILE VIENEZE \u2013 Tropicul Cancerului Capricornului\u201d<\/em> l-a scris cum s-ar zice cu s\u00e2nge c\u00e2nd se afla internat \u00eentr-un spital din Viena \u015fi lupta cu cancerul \u00een 2012.<\/p>\n

Este membru al Uniunii Scriitorilor din Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi al Uniunii Ziari\u015ftilor Profesioni\u015fti din Rom\u00e2nia. Men\u0163ionat \u00een enciclopedii ale personalit\u0103\u0163ilor din Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi cuprins \u00een dic\u0163ionare literare rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, \u015fi \u00een \u201eIstoria literaturii rom\u00e2ne. Victor Cilinc\u0103<\/em> was <\/em>born on January 16, 1958 in Pa\u015fcani, Romania. His parents are Romanian, one of his grandmothers was\u00a0 Russian and one of his grandfathers was Greek. Victor lives in Gala\u0163i, Romania. Victor\u2019s biography can be the subject of a film or a play. He crossed the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic to the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Town, during civil wars and terrorism in Africa. Victor confesses: <\/em>\u2018<\/em>I fell in love with the Dark Continent. I was an independent diver in the Namibia region and in rare moments of silence I was carving poems, on the iron belly of ships, under water, amongst curious seals.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Victor published 26 books, including 9 novels and wrote more than 30 plays. He wrote screen and radio plays. He made a cartoon. He painted and sculpted, participating in several exhibitions. He also illustrated several dozens of books. Victor published poetry in various magazines and won awards for his poetry. His first volume of poetry, \u201eMezzoland\u201d, was published by N’ERGO Publishing House, Galati, in 2005. His volume of poems \u201eVIENNA\u2019S ELEGIES – The Tropic of Capricorn\u2019s Cancer\u201d<\/em>, <\/em>was written in blood, one might say, when in hospital in Vienna in 2012 battling cancer. He is a member of the Romanian Writers Union and of the Romanian Professional Journalists Union. He has been mentioned in encyclopedias of personalities from Romania, is included in dictionaries of Romanian literature and also in \u201eThe History of Romanian Literature. The Drama\u201d by Mircea Ghi\u0163ulescu.<\/em><\/p>\n

pere\u0163ii sunt sub\u0163iri ca ni\u015fte \u015faluri de p\u0103ianjen,<\/p>\n

auzi iubirea \u015fi glasul \u015fi zgomotele \u015fi tot.<\/p>\n

Diminea\u0163a ai mai mult curaj,<\/p>\n

sometimes a brick, a building or a town falls on your head,<\/em><\/p>\n

some are eaten by a tram, others are crushed by a tiger,<\/em><\/p>\n

but no one dies alone of solitude,<\/em><\/p>\n

they must be helped\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

You check the letter box and there is nothing,<\/em><\/p>\n

only lost letters from no one who loves each other,<\/em><\/p>\n

you pour a glass into one glass only, <\/em><\/p>\n

only one plate divides your existence by one<\/em><\/p>\n

-one divided by one gives us nothing! –<\/em><\/p>\n

at night, you lock the door once, twice<\/em><\/p>\n

In the morning, you have more courage, <\/em><\/p>\n

make yourself a coffee – a single cup and<\/em><\/p>\n

browse your former conquests, you know, <\/em><\/p>\n

the first She, the romance, then the hunting <\/em><\/p>\n

and all, all the other ones.<\/em><\/p>\n

You remember where you put your first kiss. <\/em><\/p>\n

You did not pick the right place for the foundation:<\/em><\/p>\n

they built over it a city!<\/em><\/p>\n

Cancerul l-am v\u0103zut cu ochii abia aici la Viena,<\/p>\n

Aberant dezvolt\u00e2ndu-se \u00een invizibilitatea ei feroce, celular\u0103.<\/p>\n

Am trecut acum, la Viena, ame\u0163itor,<\/p>\n

Acest al treilea tropice, \u015fi mai nev\u0103zut,<\/p>\n

\u00centr-un ora\u015f al vechilor splendori foarte vizibile,<\/p>\n

Lini\u015ftitor, al restaurantelor care descarc\u0103 pe trotuare satisfac\u0163ie,<\/p>\n

About ocean and distant tropics.<\/em><\/p>\n

A creature of course, rococo, that means<\/em><\/p>\n

without Austrian Imperial symmetries. <\/em><\/p>\n

But with French frivolities. <\/em><\/p>\n

So, it is used to get into the empty cavities<\/em><\/p>\n

Abnormally developing in its ferocious cellular invisibility.<\/em><\/p>\n

I have now passed in Vienna, dizzyingly,<\/em><\/p>\n

This third tropic and unseen<\/em><\/p>\n

In a city of the very visible old splendours,<\/em><\/p>\n

Calming, of restaurants that discharge<\/em><\/p>\n

satisfaction on the pavements,<\/em><\/p>\n

Of the museums to be visited with children,<\/em><\/p>\n

Of the gardens, of the extraordinary stores\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

Here, then, I passed the Tropic<\/em><\/p>\n
