Discre\u021bia mai este considerat\u0103 ca o calitate de a p\u0103stra o tain\u0103 care \u00ee\u021bi este \u00eencredin\u021bat\u0103, sau o tain\u0103 a ta pe care trebuie s\u0103 o p\u0103strezi cu decen\u021b\u0103, nu pentru a-i min\u021bi pe ceilal\u021bi, ci pentru a-i menaja, a nu lovi \u00een concep\u021biile lor tradi\u021bionale, bine \u0219i cu folos \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cinate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Din p\u0103cate s-a cam renun\u021bat la aceast\u0103 calitate, termenul \u2013 discre\u021bie \u2013 nu mai este at\u00e2t de imperativ, oamenii au libertatea de a \u0219ti, au devenit dornici de a afla picanterii din via\u021ba oricui, \u00ee\u0219i permit s\u0103 cear\u0103 ni\u0219te drepturi complet aberante, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 a avea \u00een vedere \u0219i anumite responsabilit\u0103\u021bi, comportamente, menajamente necesare \u0219i chiar f\u0103r\u0103 a g\u00e2ndi la consecin\u021be.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Oamenii discre\u021bi au tr\u0103it \u0219i tr\u0103iesc \u00eentotdeauna mai departe de agita\u021bia vie\u021bii. \u00cen ei nu g\u0103se\u0219ti nimic pref\u0103cut, teatral sau artificial. Se fac aproape neobserva\u021bi \u0219i apar doar c\u00e2nd este nevoie de a manifesta gesturi de altruism, ca de exemplu gestul de \u00eencurajare a unei persoane care se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-un impas etc. Un om discret este lini\u0219tit, bun \u0219i \u00een\u021belept. El se manifest\u0103 exuberant sau pasional \u00een munc\u0103 \u0219i \u00een acte de crea\u021bie. \u0218tie c\u00e2nd trebuie s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103, c\u00e2nd trebuie s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze, \u0219i \u00een ce mod, pentru a nu-i tulbura pe cei din jurul lui. Nu va face m\u0103rturisiri \u00een fa\u021ba ecranelor care s\u0103 \u0219ocheze, doar pentru a fi \u00een centrul aten\u021biei. Totu\u0219i, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere principiul prin care ra\u021biunea pune limite libert\u0103\u021bii anarhice \u00een sine (\u2026), conceptele morale pot servi ca exemple de concepte pure ale ra\u021biunii\u201d.<\/em> Iar \u00een Critica ra\u021biunii practice: <em>\u201eRa\u021biunea nu poate cunoa\u0219te totul. Ea este deci limitat\u0103 \u00een domeniul cunoa\u0219terii. \u00cen schimb are o valoare \u00een domeniul practic, a\u0219adar moral\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Rom\u00e2nul Petre \u021au\u021bea credea c\u0103 <em>\u201elibertatea omului este partea divin\u0103 din el\u201d<\/em>, \u0219i coment\u00e2nd mai pe larg, o asem\u0103na cu <em>\u201eo fr\u00e2nghie ag\u0103\u021bat\u0103 de undeva, de sus. Ac\u021biunile \u0219i pledoariile oamenilor maturi \u00eei vor influen\u021ba, desigur. Ne-am g\u00e2ndit c\u0103 de vorbele \u0219i ac\u021biunile noastre pot depinde destinele unor adolescen\u021bi \u00een formare, ei fiind speran\u021ba prop\u0103\u0219irii na\u021biei?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 O analiz\u0103 \u0219i o p\u0103rere, de exemplu, trebuie dat\u0103 cu flexibilitate, f\u0103r\u0103 pic de ur\u0103 sau dispre\u021b pentru tradi\u021bie. Nu \u00eei judec\u0103 \u0219i nu-i condamn\u0103 nimeni pe cei care g\u00e2ndesc altfel, dar s-ar cere g\u00e2ndirea logic\u0103 asupra libert\u0103\u021bii, se cere bun sim\u021b, se cere acea <em>Discre\u021bie,<\/em> pentru a nu se intra \u00een conflict. Cu alte cuvinte, iat\u0103 ce vor oamenii: s\u0103 primeze discre\u021bia, ra\u021biunea \u0219i respectul pentru valorile spirituale. \u0218i sunt mul\u021bi care se conformeaz\u0103 acestui deziderat. Mai d\u0103un\u0103 zi am citit c\u0103 undeva s-a f\u0103cut sex \u00een spa\u021biul public. Este posibil s\u0103 ajungem s\u0103 ne comport\u0103m ca animalele? La ce ne-a folosit civiliza\u021bia de mii de ani?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 Judec\u0103torul Daniela Pantazi, amintea \u00eentr-un eseu, vorbele lui Voltaire: \u201e<em>Fii sincer, dar discret, deschis, dar \u00een\u021belept; \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103-l risipe\u0219ti, iube\u0219te adev\u0103rul\u201d. <\/em>Deci, a fi altfel nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 fii fals, nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 min\u021bi, s\u0103 ascunzi, ci s\u0103 fii sincer \u0219i s\u0103 p\u0103strezi discre\u021bia necesar\u0103. Cei care o fac, nu deranjeaz\u0103 pe al\u021bii \u0219i astfel se evit\u0103 ne\u00een\u021belegerea, conflictul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Un om discret \u00eenseamn\u0103 un om care arat\u0103 modestie, r\u0103bdare fa\u021b\u0103 de ceilal\u021bi \u0219i astfel se respect\u0103 pe sine. Se spune c\u0103 unii oameni au \u00een s\u00e2nge discre\u021bia, al\u021bii \u0219i-au educat-o sau \u0219i-o pot educa. Nu ne putem permite p\u0103reri sau gesturi extravagante, bazate pe cuno\u0219tin\u021be ale experien\u021bei personale de via\u021b\u0103, fie c\u0103 p\u0103rerile sunt sincere, fie c\u0103 sunt false, \u0219i a le expune \u00eentr-un fel, din dorin\u021ba de a \u0219oca, de a ar\u0103ta c\u0103 po\u021bi d\u0103r\u00e2ma o tradi\u021bie. Dac\u0103 <em>\u201eSinceritatea este de sticl\u0103, discre\u021bia este un diamant\u201d<\/em>, spunea scriitorul francez Andr<em><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><\/em> Maurois (1885-1967).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cen cele din urm\u0103 nu libertatea este aceea care ne tulbur\u0103 atmosfera, ci r\u0103utatea din sufletele noastre \u0219i\u00a0 convingerea gre\u0219it\u0103 care-i determin\u0103 pe oameni s\u0103 se exprime sau s\u0103 se manifeste uneori extrem de violent.
