C\u0103ci \u00een cazul Artur Silvestri sunt dou\u0103 aspecte fundamentale \u0219i care, de\u0219i se \u00eentrep\u0103trund \u0219i intercondi\u021bioneaz\u0103, r\u0103m\u00e2n &#8220;neamestecate&#8221;; unire f\u0103r\u0103 amestecare.<br \/>\nEste vorba de OPERA lui, adic\u0103 de c\u0103r\u021bile, studiile articolele, coresponden\u021ba , toate semnate Artur Silvestri \u0219i apoi este vorba de Lucrarea, FAPTA, lui cultural\u0103 care \u00eenseamn\u0103 reviste publicate de el, c\u0103r\u021bi editate de el, c\u0103r\u021bi publicate de el \u0219i prin el, promovarea scriitorilor \u0219i personalit\u0103\u021bilor culturale, etc.<br \/>\nDin capul locului trebuie s\u0103 spun c\u0103 o monografie complet\u0103 Artur Silvestri, azi, este cu neputin\u021b\u0103 de scris. Volumul documentar este cople\u0219itor \u0219i prezen\u021ba lui Artur Silvestri este vie la nivelul percep\u021biei emotive. Pentru cei care \u00eel iubim el este \u00eentre noi! Dup\u0103 p\u0103rerea mea este nevoie de o perioada de timp, \u00een care evenimentele \u0219i emo\u021biile s\u0103 aib\u0103 vreme s\u0103 se a\u0219eze \u0219i s\u0103 se stabileasc\u0103 \u00een perspectiv\u0103. Este nevoie de dimensiunea timpului. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, iar\u0103\u0219i cred, c\u0103 se poate spune c\u0103 \u00eentreaga \u00ceNF\u0102PTUIRE Artur Silvestri a stat \u0219i st\u0103 sub semnul unui concept cultural pe care el l-a creat, introdus \u0219i promovat. Concept care a dat \u0219i d\u0103 unitate &#8220;mi\u0219c\u0103rii&#8221; culturale Artur Silvestri. Acest concept este &#8220;reconquista&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&#8220;Reconquista&#8221; ca, termen istoric, a \u00eensemnat cucerirea libert\u0103\u021bii \u00een Peninsula Iberic\u0103 a popula\u021biei b\u0103\u0219tina\u0219e cre\u0219tine aflat\u0103 sub jugul islamic. O mi\u0219care istoric\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00eentre 718 \u0219i 1492 A. D. Dar termenul a fost apoi folosit pentru a caracteriza aproape toate mi\u0219c\u0103rile de eliberare \u0219i c\u00e2\u0219tigare a st\u0103rii de neat\u00e2rnare.<br \/>\nArtur Silvestri a folosit acest termen \u0219i l-a a\u0219ezat \u00eentr-un concept care este definitoriu pentru istoria Rom\u00e2nilor \u0219i culturii lor dar, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, aplicabil la istoria universal\u0103.<br \/>\nCreearea termenului de &#8220;reconquista&#8221; de c\u0103tre Artur Silvestri a fost o realizare cu valoare unic\u0103 \u0219i cu urm\u0103ri pentru totdeauna.<br \/>\nPrin conceptul de &#8220;reconquista&#8221; Artur Silvestri a definit starea unui &#8220;loc&#8221; \u0219i dinamica dezvolt\u0103rii lui. Esen\u021bial conceptului creat de Artur Silvestri \u00eei r\u0103m\u00e2ne faptul c\u0103 mereu, \u00eentotdeauna matricea local\u0103 se rea\u0219eaz\u0103, se reinventeaz\u0103 , r\u0103m\u0103n\u00e2nd meru aceia\u0219i \u0219i consecvent\u0103 cu sine. Pulsa\u021bia &#8220;reconquiestei&#8221; este m\u0103surat\u0103 \u0219i referit\u0103 la termeni ve\u0219nici \u0219i deci &#8220;revenirile&#8221; pot avea loc dup\u0103 sute de ani. \u00cen termeni umani foarte mult, iar \u00een raport cu ve\u0219nicia aproape nimic.<br \/>\n\u00cen viziunea lui Artur Silvestri &#8220;locul&#8221; \u0219i omul acelui loc, sunt unice \u0219i \u00een m\u0103sur\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 o contribu\u021bie unic\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea omeneasc\u0103.<br \/>\nArtur Silvestri a fost mereu promotorul credin\u021bei c\u0103 lucrurile nu se petrec la \u00eent\u00e2mplare \u0219i nici prin imitare.<br \/>\nArtur Silvestri a c\u0103utat \u0219i a aflat \u00eentotdeauna originea unui &#8220;lucru&#8221; (fenomen cultural, fapta istoric\u0103,etc.) \u00een &#8220;locul&#8221; \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103rii. Deci pentru Artur Silvestri &#8220;locul&#8221; \u0219i omul lui erau cauza cauzelor. \u00a0Aceast\u0103 abordare a lui Artur Silvestri a avut, are \u0219i va avea o importan\u021b\u0103 colosal\u0103, m\u00e2ntuitoare.<br \/>\nAcord\u00e2nd importan\u021b\u0103 determinant\u0103 &#8220;locului&#8221; Artur Silvestri a redus, pentru totdeauna, cucerirea din afar\u0103, subordonarea politic\u0103 vremelnic\u0103, la st\u0103ri trec\u0103toare, parazitare \u0219i urzite uit\u0103rii.<br \/>\nIar dinamica dezvolt\u0103rii \u00een timpul istoric, Artur Silvestri a definit-o ca un conflict \u00eentre &#8220;localnici&#8221; \u0219i &#8220;creoli&#8221;.<br \/>\nPrin &#8220;localnici&#8221; am spus mai sus ce \u00een\u021belegea Artur Silvestri. Prin &#8220;creoli&#8221; el a \u00een\u021beles pe to\u021bi &#8220;cuceritorii&#8221; \u0219i pe slujitorii lor.<br \/>\nArtur Silvestri a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 &#8220;sincronismele&#8221; \u0219i &#8220;modelele&#8221; de \u00eemprumut, &#8220;moda politic\u0103&#8221;, sunt cale practic\u0103 \u0219i insidioas\u0103 prin care se \u00eemplinesc \u0219i men\u021bin cuceririle militare \u0219i politice. Artur Silvestri a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 \u00een fapt mai periculoase sunt &#8220;bonjurismul&#8221; \u0219i &#8220;englezismul&#8221; dec\u00e2t bombardamentele. Mai periculoase sunt graba dup\u0103 &#8220;europenizare&#8221; dec\u00e2t atacurile t\u0103tarilor. Iar aici a intervenit efectul m\u00e2nuitor al &#8220;reconquistei&#8221; propov\u0103duit\u0103 de Artur Silvestri.<br \/>\n&#8220;Reconquista&#8221;, conceptul minunat \u00a0z\u0103mislit de Artur Silvestri, \u00eenseamn\u0103 revenirea la &#8220;matc\u0103&#8221;, la valorile perene, la &#8220;r\u00e2u \u0219i ram&#8221;. &#8220;Reconquista&#8221; nu a \u00eensemnat \u0219i nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 &#8220;s\u0103m\u0103natorism&#8221; naiv, sau refuz al progresului. Dimpotriv\u0103, \u00eenseamn\u0103 progres, dar progres organic, f\u0103r\u0103 fractur\u0103ri \u0219i maimu\u021b\u0103reli, care au fost tragedia rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 a ultimelor veacuri.<br \/>\nSub semnul conceptului de &#8220;reconquista&#8221; Artur Silvestri \u0219i-a alc\u0103tuit &#8220;mi\u0219carea&#8221; cultural\u0103. Mi\u0219care pe care el a g\u00e2ndit-o \u0219i el a \u00eemplinit-o, prin munc\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 preget \u0219i ardere f\u0103r\u0103 sf\u00e2r\u0219it.<br \/>\nCu o bl\u00e2nde\u021be \u0219i r\u0103bdare f\u0103r\u0103 egal dup\u0103 cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 mea, Artur Silvestri a adunat pe singuratecii din lumea larg\u0103, le-a explicat \u0219i l\u0103murit semnul sub care stau \u0219i mai ales le-a ar\u0103tat, dup\u0103 o alt\u0103 superb\u0103 exprimare a lui, &#8220;c\u0103 nu sunt singuri&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conceptul &#8220;reconquista&#8221; a fost folosit de c\u0103tre Artur Silvestri \u00een tot ce a \u00eenf\u0103ptuit dar, de fiecare dat\u0103, felul \u00een care l-a folosit a fost unic, ceea ce dovede\u0219te cu adev\u0103rat \u0219i originalitate \u0219i mai ales, autenticitate. \u00cen \u00een\u021belegere mai larg\u0103 se poate spune c\u0103 prin conceptul &#8220;reconquista&#8221; Artur Silvestri a ar\u0103tat calea prin care spa\u021biile culturale fac trecerea de la &#8220;chip&#8221;, la &#8220;asem\u0103nare&#8221;, de la poten\u021bialitate la stare activ\u0103.
