(Petre Ciobanu)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ca pretutindeni \u00een Bucovina, la Cupca s\u0103rb\u0103torile de iarn\u0103 \u00eencep odat\u0103 cu sosirea Sf\u00e2ntului Nicolae. Continu\u0103 cu Anul Nou. \u00cen \u0219coal\u0103 au loc tradi\u021bionalele s\u0103rb\u0103tori de iarn\u0103 \u00eenso\u021bite de tradi\u021bionalul carnaval de revelion. Mai demult \u00een seara din ajunul Anului Nou, micii ur\u0103tori \u00ee\u015fi luau clopo\u0163eii \u015fi umblau din cas\u0103 \u00een cas\u0103 cu plugu\u015forul tradi\u0163ional. Pu\u0163in mai t\u00e2rziu, c\u0103tre miezul nop\u0163ii, \u00eencep s\u0103 se adune unii pe la al\u0163ii pentru a-\u015fi dori un an bun, fericit \u015fi \u00eembel\u015fugat. Rude, vecini, prieteni se adun\u0103 \u00een jurul meselor \u00eenc\u0103rcate cu bucate, brazi \u00eempodobi\u021bi, c\u00e2ntece \u0219i scenete, programe distractive ce r\u0103sun\u0103 peste tot la televizor, radio, acum \u0219i Internet. To\u021bi \u00ee\u0219i doresc s\u0103n\u0103tate, pace, fericire, realizarea dorin\u021belor bune \u015fi succese \u00een toate. A doua zi, copii mici trec pe la case, \u00a0cu sem\u0103natul, vestind un an \u00eembel\u015fugat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Deosebit de frumoase \u015fi atr\u0103g\u0103toare sunt la Cupca obiceiurile legate de s\u0103rb\u0103toarea Cr\u0103ciunului. Probabil, nic\u0103ieri \u00een Bucovina nu s-a p\u0103strat, ca aici, obiceiul de a colinda trei zile \u015fi trei nop\u0163i la r\u00e2nd. \u00cen prima sear\u0103 prioritatea apar\u0163ine copiilor, care, prin frumoase colinde mo\u015ftenite de la p\u0103rin\u0163i \u015fi bunici, vestesc tuturor na\u015fterea lui Iisus, \u00eenal\u0163\u0103 c\u00e2nt\u0103ri de laud\u0103 Maicii Domnului. La Cupca de obicei, colindele sunt lungi \u015fi se c\u00e2nt\u0103 cam t\u0103r\u0103g\u0103nat, \u00eens\u0103 de loc ele nu-\u015fi pierd farmecul. Colind\u0103 \u015fi a doua zi, adic\u0103 de Sf\u00e2ntul Cr\u0103ciun, dar mai ales adul\u0163ii. Odat\u0103 cu \u00eenserarea, cete de fl\u0103c\u0103i, \u00eenso\u0163i\u021bi de muzican\u0163i (de regul\u0103, de un acordeon, trompet\u0103, saxofon \u015fi tob\u0103), o iau pe la casele unde \u015ftiu ei c\u0103 sunt fete mari, dar nu-i ocolesc nici pe al\u0163i gospodari. \u00cen aceast\u0103 noapte colindele r\u0103sun\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 h\u0103t departe peste hotarele satului \u015fi nu contenesc nici ziua. Fiecare simte \u00een suflet o adev\u0103rat\u0103 s\u0103rb\u0103toare. Interesant este faptul c\u0103, la Cupca, o colind\u0103 poate s\u0103 dureze o jum\u0103tate de or\u0103, chiar mai mult. Desigur, trebuie s\u0103 fii un interpret iscusit, ca s\u0103 faci fa\u0163\u0103 acestei sarcini. \u00cens\u0103 o colind\u0103 veritabil\u0103 este ascultat\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna cu pl\u0103cere de pre\u0163uitorii tradi\u0163iilor noastre populare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cea de a treia sear\u0103 continu\u0103 colindatul fl\u0103c\u0103ii, lor al\u0103tur\u00e2ndu-li-se \u015fi b\u0103rba\u0163i cu so\u0163iile lor chiar \u015fi v\u00e2rstnicii. Gospodarul colindat pofte\u015fte oaspe\u0163ii \u00een cas\u0103 \u015fi-i a\u015feaz\u0103 la mas\u0103. Ei sunt servi\u0163i cu bucate tradi\u0163ionale de Cr\u0103ciun: colaci rumeni, gr\u00e2u fiert cu lapte, miere, nuci, mac \u015fi stafide, r\u0103cituri de porc sau de g\u0103in\u0103, costi\u0163e afumate, c\u00e2rna\u0163i, sarmale. Se servesc dulciuri preg\u0103tite cu mult\u0103 migal\u0103 de m\u00e2inile harnice ale gospodinelor. Se cinste\u015fte rachiu, vin sau alte b\u0103uturi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Astfel, to\u0163i sunt bine dispu\u015fi, uit\u00e2nd de greut\u0103\u0163ile vie\u0163ii. Atmosfera de s\u0103rb\u0103toare este \u00eentre\u0163inut\u0103 \u015fi de pomul de Cr\u0103ciun, \u00eempodobit frumos cu juc\u0103rii, ghirlande, figuri \u0219i fulgi decorativi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apoi vine s\u0103rb\u0103toarea Sf\u00e2ntului Vasile, adic\u0103 a Anului Nou pe stil vechi. \u015ei iar\u0103\u015fi r\u0103sun\u0103 clopo\u0163ei, pocnete de bici, porne\u015fte pe uli\u0163ele satului alai de masca\u0163i&#8230; Cei micu\u0163i ureaz\u0103 despre b\u0103dica Traian, despre arat \u015fi sem\u0103nat. Cei mari o iau tot cu ceata &#8211; fie a Br\u00e2ncovenilor, fie a\u00a0 Jienilor etc. Un rol aparte \u00een noaptea Sf\u00e2ntului Vasile revine M\u0103l\u0103ncii. Azi, aceast\u0103 tradi\u021bie e pu\u021bin uitat\u0103, dar a r\u0103mas ca ceva de neuitat \u00een inimile oamenilor. O ceat\u0103 mare de fl\u0103c\u0103i \u00ee\u015fi alegeau calfa, adic\u0103 pe cel ce va conduce Malanca. Grupul era format din fel de fel de personaje (ofi\u0163eri, turci, doctori, babe, \u0163igani, crai, haiduci) care de care mai caraghio\u0219i. Malanca nu putea exista f\u0103r\u0103 muzic\u0103. Dup\u0103 melodia care o \u00eenso\u0163ea se putea aprecia c\u00e2t de v\u0103zu\u0163i erau fl\u0103c\u0103ii din ceat\u0103. De \u00eendat\u0103 ce \u00eensera, Malanca pornea pe la casele fetelor mari \u015fi ale gospodarilor satului. Era o mare ofens\u0103 pentru gospodarii cupceni, dac\u0103 Malanca nu le trecea pragul casei. St\u0103p\u00e2nii, bucuro\u015fi, \u00eei pofteau pe ur\u0103tori la mas\u0103, le pl\u0103teau pentru ur\u0103tur\u0103, \u00eei cinsteau, le mul\u021bumeau frumos. Drept mul\u0163umire, malancarii mai dansau \u015fi \u00een cas\u0103, spre bucuria tuturor, mai ales a copiilor. Astfel dura \u00a0toat\u0103 noaptea. \u00cens\u0103, dup\u0103 cum se \u015ftie, noaptea Sf\u00e2ntului Vasile este cam scurt\u0103 \u015fi Malanca nu prididea s\u0103 treac\u0103 pe la toate casele, din care cauz\u0103 alaiul ei continua \u015fi \u00een ziua urm\u0103toare. \u00cen cea de a doua noapte ceata se aduna la o cas\u0103, unde se \u00een\u0163elegea din timp cu gospodarul (care, de obicei, avea o fat\u0103 mare). Aici avea loc renumitul joc al M\u0103l\u0103ncii. Erau poftite \u015fi fete din sat ca s\u0103 aib\u0103 cu cine dansa fl\u0103c\u0103ii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peste o zi-dou\u0103 (sau \u00een duminica urm\u0103toare) to\u0163i \u201emalancarii\u201d se adunau la c\u0103minul cultural, \u00een hainele \u015fi cu m\u0103\u015ftile din noaptea Sf\u00e2ntului Vasile. De data aceasta, pentru tot satul se demonstra din nou jocul M\u0103l\u0103ncii. Trebuie de men\u0163ionat c\u0103 Malanca din Cupca era renumit\u0103 \u00een \u00eemprejurimi, fiind deseori poftit\u0103 la carnavaluri \u00een raion \u015fi regiune. Se umbl\u0103 cu colinda \u015fi de Boboteaz\u0103 pe la prieteni \u015fi rude. \u00cen compara\u0163ie cu cele de Cr\u0103ciun, colinda de Iordan e mai simpl\u0103. Aceasta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 e mai pu\u0163in frumoas\u0103 sau mai pu\u0163in a\u015fteptat\u0103. Colind\u0103torii folosesc \u0219i Steaua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E cam greu s\u0103 descrii s\u0103rb\u0103torile de iarn\u0103, cu obiceiurile \u015fi datinile lor, s\u0103 redai pitorescul s\u0103rb\u0103torilor de iarn\u0103 de la Cupca. Mai bine ar fi s\u0103 le vede\u0163i. Chiar \u015fi oaspe\u0163ii din Rom\u00e2nia r\u0103m\u00e2neau fermeca\u0163i de obiceiurile noastre.
