Pe scurt nici unul, nici altul nu ne-am putut convinge \u0219i am r\u0103mas la p\u0103rerile din \u00eenceput: ea \u00eencredin\u021bat\u0103 c\u0103 \u201cglobalismul\u201d \u0219i accesoriile sale ar fi un lucru bun \u0219i eu \u00eenc\u0103 mai convins c\u0103 sunt un lucru r\u0103u. \u00cen mod civilizat am ajuns de acord c\u0103 \u201cnu suntem de acord\u201d. Dar \u00een \u00eencuno\u0219tin\u021barea acestei st\u0103ri, fosta mea coleg\u0103, a aflat de bine s\u0103 afirme, \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu spectaculoasa \u00eentoarcere la Ortodoxie a unei mari \u021b\u0103ri, de fapt ea a citat pe altcineva: \u201ccva la b\u0103tr\u00e2ne\u021be se face dam\u0103 Ortodox\u0103\u201d. B\u0103nuiesc c\u0103 dorea s\u0103 fie asta un soi de ironie derogatorie. De fapt nu era. Era afirmarea unui adev\u0103r Ortodox fundamental despre cine sunt \u201ccei chema\u021bi\u201d.<br \/>\nDac\u0103\u00a0 \u201cea\u201c (\u201ccv..a\u201d citat\u0103) face acest lucru dovede\u0219te c\u0103 este \u0219i inteligen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i grijulie \u0219i biruitoare. \u201dEa\u201d nici m\u0103car nu este singular\u0103. Acest model de comportare l-a avut, mult \u00eenaintea \u201cd\u00e2nsei\u201d \u00een discu\u021bie, t\u0103lharul \u201cde-a-dreapta\u201d, cel care \u00een ultimul ceas a \u201cr\u0103pit\u201d Raiul. \u00cen aceast\u0103 privin\u021ba s\u0103 fim bine \u00een\u021bele\u0219i. Sub legea Romei crucifica\u021bi erau doar cei care puneau \u00een primejdie statul Romei \u0219i t\u00e2lh\u0103rii cei mai odio\u0219i, care uciseser\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentre cei uci\u0219i se aflau prunci. Asemenea crime legea Romei nu le tolera. Deci acel t\u00e2lhar trebuie c\u0103 era ap\u0103sat de mari p\u0103cate, categoric mai mari dec\u00e2t ale \u201cd\u00e2nsei\u201d pomenite. Dar, o singur\u0103 m\u0103rturisire l-a a\u0219ezat direct \u00een Rai, \u00eenaintea tuturor drep\u021bilor Vechiului Testament. Iar asta este absolut consistent cu mesajul \u0219i voin\u021b\u0103 Fiului lui Dumnezeu: \u201dn-am venit s\u0103 chem, pe cei drep\u021bi, ci pe p\u0103c\u0103to\u0219i la poc\u0103in\u021ba\u201d. Dumnezeu \u00eei cheam\u0103 \u0219i \u00eei prime\u0219te pe cei care \u0219tiu \u0219i se c\u0103iesc de starea de p\u0103cat \u0219i nu pe \u201cde\u0219tep\u021bii\u201d trufa\u0219i \u0219i nici pe \u201cdrep\u021bii\u201d neascult\u0103tori. Iar poc\u0103in\u021b\u0103 nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 pl\u00e2ns f\u0103\u021barnic \u0219i semne exterioare, \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u201c\u00eentoarcere\u201d(\u201cmetanoia\u201d,\u201dpokoi\u201d) de la calea cea rea. Iar cine sunt cei chema\u021bi? Este fiul risipitor, este femeia \u201cprins\u0103 \u00een adulter\u201d, este vame\u0219ul, este t\u00e2lharul de pe Cruce, to\u021bi cei care \u00een ceasul \u00eencerc\u0103rii, cu n\u0103dejde \u0219i credin\u021b\u0103, cheam\u0103 ajutorul Lui.<br \/>\n<!--more-->Atunci c\u00e2nd Iisus ne spune s\u0103 iert\u0103m pe aproapele care ne gresesete de \u201c\u0219aptezeci de ori c\u00e2te \u0219apte\u201d,\u00een fiecare zi,s\u0103 fim \u00eencredin\u021ba\u021bi c\u0103 \u0219i El face acela\u0219i lucru.<br \/>\nIisus iart\u0103 \u0219i crede pe fiecare \u0219i pe to\u021bi \u0219i asta \u00een fiecare clip\u0103. Aceast\u0103 permanent\u0103 posibilitate de iertare \u0219i \u00eenceput nou este Taina cea mai ad\u00e2nc\u0103 a Ortodoxiei. Se poate spune c\u0103 aceasta este \u201cpikuach Nefesh\u201d a noastr\u0103. (\u00cen iudaismul rabinic, \u201dpikuach nefesh\u201d este injunc\u021bia suprem\u0103; salvarea unei vie\u021bi omene\u0219ti st\u0103 deasupra oric\u0103rei alte interdic\u021bii sau legiuiri religioase. Dup\u0103 ei se aplic\u0103 doar Ovreilor \u0219i asta este alt\u0103 poveste). \u00cen asta, \u00een f\u0103g\u0103duin\u021ba iert\u0103rii, vedem caracterul suprem cavaleresc, nobil al M\u00e2ntuitorului. Iisus este \u201cnobilul\u201d perfect, Frei Herr, cel care crede \u0219i d\u0103ruie\u0219te. (Nu \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103tor \u0219mecherii str\u0103zii, cei care sunt b\u0103nuitori, f\u0103\u021barnici, au dat conota\u021bia de \u201cprost\u0103nac\u201d cuv\u00e2ntului, maimu\u021b\u0103rindu-l \u00een \u2019freier\u2019). Dumnezeu iart\u0103 \u0219i uit\u0103, \u0219terge orice trecut p\u0103c\u0103tos. \u00cen vorbele P\u0103rintelui Nicolae Steinhardt de la Rohia, Iisus nu face \u201ccontabilitate\u201d, necuratul face asta (c\u0103ci este \u201cneam prost\u2019). Singura condi\u021bie care ni se cere este minimal\u0103 dorin\u021ba de a nu mai s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219i p\u0103catul \u0219i credin\u021ba ferm\u0103 c\u0103 ajutorul lui Dumnezeu este aproape, incredibil de aproape. Iar celor \u201cde\u0219tep\u021bi\u201d \u0219i sceptici ce le putem spune? Ne d\u0103 Ortodoxia vreo \u201cgaran\u021bie\u201d? Nici una! Tot \u00een vorbele P\u0103rintelui Steihardt, credin\u021ba este salt la trapez f\u0103r\u0103 plas\u0103. Dar chiar a\u0219a fiind, f\u0103r\u0103 nici o garan\u021bie, \u0219i tot merit\u0103 \u00eencercarea.<br \/>\nPrin credin\u021b\u0103 intr\u0103m \u00een cea mai spectaculoas\u0103 \u0219i mai fascinant\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103torie.
