R\u0103spunsul meu este c\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de valoarea ei literar\u0103 \u0219i cultural\u0103, aceast\u0103 literatur\u0103 intereseaz\u0103 \u00een continuare publicul din \u021bar\u0103, chiar c\u00e2nd subiectul ei este localizat la Haifa sau Beer Sheva, iar numele str\u0103zilor \u0219i al institu\u021biilor nu \u00eei sunt familiare. Dac\u0103 textul este bine scris, el va captiva pe cititor \u0219i \u00eei va deschide, \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, orizontul realit\u0103\u021bii israeliene.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cartea Magdalenei Br\u0103tescu, intitulat\u0103 \u201eRendez-vous cu teatrul israelian\u201d (volumul I) confirm\u0103 corectitudinea observa\u021biei mele. Dup\u0103 cum sugereaz\u0103 chiar titlul, este o carte despre fenomenul teatral israelian. Mai exact, ea con\u021bine cronicile consacrate de Magdalena Br\u0103tescu, s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal, spectacolelor prezentate \u00een marile teatre din Israel, cronici g\u0103zduite \u00een \u201eGazeta rom\u00e2neasc\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una dintre cele mai valoroase scriitoare de limb\u0103 rom\u00e2n\u0103 din \u021aara Sf\u00e2nt\u0103, membr\u0103 a Uniunii Scriitorilor din Rom\u00e2nia, Magdalena Br\u0103tescu este, se \u0219tie, o \u00eemp\u0103titmit\u0103 de teatru \u00eenc\u0103 \u00eenainte de a face Alia \u0219i, dup\u0103 cum scrie Ioana Toff, editoarea c\u0103r\u021bii, a urm\u0103rit cu un ochi proasp\u0103t fenomenul teatral israelian din ultimele decenii, imediat dup\u0103 sosirea \u00een \u021aara Sf\u00e2nt\u0103. Noul teatru israelian este, se \u0219tie, un fenomen dintre cele mai interesante \u00een teatrul mondial contemporan prin inova\u021bie \u0219i calitate, deopotriv\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cartea de fa\u021b\u0103 este, de aceea, mai mult dec\u00e2t o culegere de cronici bine scrise. Organizat\u0103 pe repertorii de spectacole (ce acoper\u0103 toate teatrele importante din Israel, de la Habima la Gesher \u0219i de la Haifa la Beer Sheva), ea este, concomitent, un ghid pentru spectatorul de teatru care caut\u0103 spectacole, actorii \u0219i regizorii cei mai valoro\u0219i \u0219i o inestimabil\u0103 introducere \u00een fenomenul dramatic israelian contemporan. C\u0103ci fiecare din cele zece teatre pe care Magdaelna Br\u0103tescu le re\u021bine, \u00een carte, reprezint\u0103 o \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i un moment din istoria acestei adev\u0103rate explozii pe care a \u00eenregistrat-o arta dramatic\u0103 \u00een \u021aara Sf\u00e2nt\u0103, av\u00e2nd drept reper standardul \u00eenalt al spectacolelor g\u0103zduite de Teatrul Na\u021bional Habima \u0219i, respectiv, inova\u021bia \u0219i c\u0103ut\u0103rile de pe scena de la Teatrul Gesher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trebuie spus \u0219i c\u0103, \u00een ipostaza de cronicar dramatic, prozatoarea Magdalena Br\u0103tescu nu-\u0219i dezminte calit\u0103\u021bile care au consacrat-o. Cronicile au limpezime, au o poveste care te face (cum spune aceea\u0219i Ioana Toff) s\u0103 tr\u0103ie\u0219ti spectacolul chiar dac\u0103 nu l-ai v\u0103zut \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, atest\u0103 un gust sigur \u0219i o cunoa\u0219tere profund\u0103, din interior, a artei dramatice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Observa\u021biile scriitoarei leag\u0103 textul piesei de montare, de jocul actorilor, de scenografie \u0219i costume, red\u00e2ndu-ne astfel ideea care sub\u00eentinde orice spectacol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De prisos s\u0103 spun c\u00e2t este de pre\u021bioas\u0103 cartea pentru cercet\u0103torul rom\u00e2n specializat \u00een teatrul contemporan.
