Unele pornesc de la jocurile copil\u0103riei, ca de exemplu \u201eUnde s\u0103 m\u0103 ascund?\u201c, de la jocul ascunsa, pe urm\u0103 ajunge s\u0103 surprind\u0103 complexele unor personaje, traumele lor, copii fiind, \u0219i \u00eencercarea lor de a le dep\u0103\u0219i. Grasu, complexat datorit\u0103 aspectului s\u0103u fizic, dar \u0219i pentru faptul c\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2ne mereu ultimul la joc, se ascude \u00een spatele unei sobe pentru a nu fi g\u0103sit. Acolo adoarme \u0219i este c\u0103utat de personaje precum \u201eDragostea\u201c, \u201eTimpul\u201c \u0219i chiar \u201eDeath\u201c, moartea, de care se ascunde, le evit\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 ce \u201eDeath\u201c \u00eei \u0219opte\u0219te c\u0103 a murit \u0219i el se treze\u0219te din vis datorit\u0103 colegilor ce-l g\u0103sesc \u00een spatele sobei. Visul acesta \u00eel va ajuta s\u0103 se schimbe. Alte piese de teatru au ca punct de plecare unele pove\u0219ti ale copil\u0103riei, ca de exemplu \u201eFata babei se m\u0103rit\u0103\u201c, respect\u00e2nd tradi\u021biile \u0219i obiceiurile populare de nunt\u0103, dar totodat\u0103 \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 vindece personajul anun\u021bat \u00eenc\u0103 din titlu, de l\u0103comie. Sunt \u0219i piese de teatru ce prezint\u0103 momente din via\u021ba unor sfin\u021bi, ca de exemplu \u201eSf\u00e2ntul Mare Mucenic Mina, ocrotitorul celor p\u0103gubi\u021bi\u201c, secven\u021be din Sf\u00e2nta Scriptur\u0103 \u201eC\u00e2ndva, \u00een noaptea sf\u00e2nt\u0103\u201c, \u201eMagii\u201c, \u201eDe Pa\u0219te\u201c, \u201e\u00cenfrico\u0219ata judecat\u0103\u201c, \u00eenc\u0103rcate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103turi. Frumuse\u021bea limbii rom\u00e2ne este elogiat\u0103 \u00een piese de teatru precum \u201eS\u0103 iubim limba str\u0103mo\u0219easc\u0103\u201c, pies\u0103 \u00een care un personaj se love\u0219te la tot pasul de englezisme, sau \u00een \u201eBalul verbelor\u201c ori chiar \u201eFazan\u201c, pies\u0103 de teatru ce porne\u0219te de la un joc al copil\u0103riei \u0219i ajunge s\u0103 arate frumuse\u021bea, melodicitatea cuvintelor limbii rom\u00e2ne. Se poate observa c\u0103 piesele de teatru, cu toate c\u0103 sunt destinate copiilor \u0219i tinerilor, sunt \u00eenc\u0103rcate de simboluri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen piesa \u201eC\u0103l\u0103tor printre umbre\u201c, simbolul central este o imagine cromatic\u0103, verdele. Femeia cu ochi verzi este cea care urm\u0103re\u0219te un personaj toat\u0103 via\u021ba. Dup\u0103 moartea acesteia, personajul principal al piesei se c\u0103lug\u0103re\u0219te, \u00eens\u0103 nu scap\u0103 de aceast\u0103 obsesie a verdelui. C\u00e2nd b\u0103tr\u00e2ne\u021bea \u00eel \u00eencearc\u0103, \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219te o alt\u0103 femeie cu ochi verzi ce \u00eel tulbur\u0103, dar care se dovede\u0219te a fi fiica lui de care nu a \u0219tiut nimic, fiica lui cu prima femeie ce i-a atins sufletul, cea cu ochi verzi, dar pe care a pierdut-o c\u00e2nd a adus pe lume om. Apar \u0219i alte simboluri \u00een aceast\u0103 pies\u0103, t\u00e2r\u00e2toarele ce reprezin\u0103 temerile personajului principal. La final, personajul scap\u0103 de umbrele ce l-au urm\u0103rit mereu, de \u00eentuneric, \u0219i g\u0103se\u0219te verdea\u021ba, speran\u021ba aceea de lini\u0219te, reg\u0103sindu-se pe el, identitatea, familia pierdut\u0103, \u0219i se apropie \u0219i mai mult de Dumnezeu, de dragostea absolut\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eAlternan\u021b\u0103\u201c este o pies\u0103 de teatru ce pune \u00een opozi\u021bie virtu\u021bile \u0219i viciile. \u00cen\u021beleptul este personajul care, de la masa lui \u00eenc\u0103rcat\u0103 de c\u0103r\u021bi, aduce \u00een scen\u0103 o mul\u021bime de personaje cu scopul de a critica defecte \u0219i a le afla leacul. Aduce \u00een scen\u0103 Be\u021bivul, Omul lacom, Mincinosul, Invidiosul, dar \u0219i Adev\u0103rul, Cump\u0103tarea sau chiar Moartea. Prezint\u0103 secven\u021be din Sf\u00e2nta Scriptur\u0103, precum cea a bogatului ce i-a rodit \u021barina, spre a le raporta unor vicii, \u00een cazul de fa\u021b\u0103 l\u0103comiei, sau secven\u021be din pove\u0219tile copil\u0103riei, ca de exemplu Pinocchio, spre a ajunge la un alt personaj, Mincinosul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->\u00cenc\u0103rcat\u0103 de simbolism este \u0219i monodrama \u201eOrbul\u201c, dar \u0219i piesele de teatru \u201eParadigme\u201c, \u201e\u00cen colivie\u201c, \u201eSinusoide\u201c \u0219i \u201eReuniune\u201c, ce reune\u0219te, dup\u0103 cum spune chiar titlul volumului, cele patru titluri ale volumelor de teatru publicate de Ana-Cristina Popescu: \u201eParadigme\u201c \u00een 2014, \u201e\u00cen colivie\u201c \u00een 2016, \u201eSinusoide\u201c \u00een 2016 \u0219i \u201eReuniune\u201c \u00een 2017.
