Orice turist este curios s\u0103 le cunoasc\u0103 pe toate, dar \u00een primul r\u00e2nd cele care \u00eei sunt la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103. Deci, mai \u00eent\u00e2i, obiceiurile gastronomice care \u015fi acestea fac parte integrant\u0103 din cultura unui popor. Este unul din motivele pentru care turi\u015ftii se \u00eenghesuie prin restaurantele ieftine atunci c\u00e2nd viziteaz\u0103 un loc nou. Dorin\u0163a de a gusta din bucatele localnicilor \u0163ine de necesitatea de a \u00een\u0163elege oamenii pe care \u00eei viziteaz\u0103 pentru c\u00e2teva zile. Cu un adaus de c\u0103rn\u0103ciori \u015fi o bere se completeaz\u0103 un festin adev\u0103rat german. \u00cen Rusia se prefer\u0103 p\u00e2inea neagr\u0103, s\u0103\u021bioas\u0103, cu bor\u015f, &#8211; amestec s\u0103n\u0103tos de legume diferite &#8211; \u0219i o fiertur\u0103 de crupe cu gr\u0103sime, castrave\u0163i mura\u0163i, \u00eenso\u021bind un p\u0103h\u0103rel de vodk\u0103. Nu mai vorbesc de \u0163\u0103rile americane, unde consumul de carne mult\u0103 ocup\u0103 primul loc \u00een hrana popula\u0163iei, ad\u0103ug\u00e2ndu-se un plus de condimente foarte iu\u0163i mai ales \u00een America Latin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce s\u0103 mai spunem despre con\u0163inutul \u015fi aspectul alimenta\u0163iei\u00a0 din Asia toat\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een Orientul \u00cendep\u0103rtat, unde s-a creat\u00a0 o arta culinar\u0103 \u00een adev\u0103ratul sens al cuv\u00e2ntului \u0163in\u00e2ndu-se cont de toate regulile de igien\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103tate, ceea ce atrage mase de turi\u0219ti din Europa \u0219i America. La acestea se adaug\u0103 toate formele de manifestare \u015fi obiceiuri ale vie\u0163ii orientalilor care s-au transformat deasemenea \u00een art\u0103 de-a-lungul miilor de ani de existen\u0163\u0103. La chinezi \u015fi japonezi orice se face \u00eentr-un mod special: preparatul ceaiului, ornarea gr\u0103dinilor, aranjamentele florale, arhitectura caselor \u015fi a interioarelor&#8230;; \u00a0p\u00e2n\u0103\u00a0 \u015fi fardul de pe fa\u0163a doamnelor se aplic\u0103 \u00eentr-un mod deosebit, chiar mi\u015fcarea picioarelor \u00eenainteaz\u0103 cu pa\u015fi mici \u015fi ritmici. Toate acestea fiind rezultatul culturii vechi de mii de ani,care a format o popula\u0163ie educat\u0103 \u00een spiritul unei vie\u0163i ordonate \u015fi civilizate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu pot s\u0103 trec peste obiceiurile gastronomice din Rom\u00e2nia, mai ales din Bucovina mea natal\u0103. De foarte mult timp acest \u021binut pitoresc a devenit un loc de afluen\u021b\u0103 turistic\u0103 datorit\u0103 frumuse\u021bii locurilor, dar \u0219i datorit\u0103 bucatelor gustoase,oferite nu numai \u00een restaurante luxoase din marile ora\u0219e. Cred c\u0103 \u00een ultimii ani cei care viziteaz\u0103 meleagurile bucoviniene sunt atra\u0219i mai mult de casele \u021b\u0103r\u0103ne\u0219ti pentru arhitectura lor special\u0103 \u0219i unic\u0103 \u00een peisajul european. Dar tot a\u0219a oaspe\u021bii veni\u021bi din str\u0103in\u0103t\u0103\u021buri sunt atra\u0219i \u0219i de bun\u0103t\u0103\u021bile f\u0103cute de gospodinele experte \u00een prepararea unor sarmale cu m\u0103m\u0103ligu\u021b\u0103, c\u00e2rna\u021bi \u0219i salam de cas\u0103 incomparabile cu cele produse \u00een fabrici, pl\u0103cinte cu br\u00e2nz\u0103 (ex. \u201epoalele-n br\u00e2u\u201d), \u0219i mai ales cozonacii rumeni ,care nu s-au mai v\u0103zut \u00een alte locuri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen \u0163ara noastr\u0103, \u00een Israel, cred c\u0103 nu se poate vorbi \u00eenc\u0103 despre o art\u0103 culinar\u0103 specific israelian\u0103. Poate o \u201epita\u201d umplut\u0103 cu humus \u015fi falafel ar constitui o prim\u0103 atrac\u0163ie pentru turi\u015ftii care ne calc\u0103 pragul. Dar \u0219i acestea \u00ee\u0219i au originile din Syria \u0219i Liban. \u00cen rest m\u00e2nc\u0103rurile sunt la fel de de diferite ca \u015fi oamenii care populeaz\u0103 Israelul. Ca orice \u0163ar\u0103 t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103, am absorbit \u00een numai 70 de ani milioane de evrei veni\u0163i din toate col\u0163urile lumii. S-au \u00eentors \u00een patria str\u0103bunilor, cu dorin\u0163a sincer\u0103 de a tr\u0103i aici \u00eempreun\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentotdeauna. Dar calea omogeniz\u0103rii este grea \u015fi de lung\u0103 durat\u0103. Dac\u0103 deja vorbim aceea\u015fi limb\u0103 ebraic\u0103, cel pu\u0163in la locurile de munc\u0103, sau \u00een alte locuri publice, dac\u0103 vedem programele T.V., fiind interesa\u0163i de problemele cotidiene, dac\u0103 ie\u015fim \u00eempreun\u0103 la o demonstra\u0163ie av\u00e2nd interese comune, sau ne conducem copiii la incorporare unde \u00ee\u015fi \u00eencep serviciul militar, \u00een schimb acas\u0103, \u00een familie, \u00eentre patru pere\u0163i, continu\u0103m s\u0103 tr\u0103im dup\u0103 obiceiurile aduse cu noi din \u0163\u0103rile de ba\u015ftin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Originarii din Rom\u00e2nia se mai delecteaz\u0103 cu o s\u0103rm\u0103lu\u0163\u0103 \u015fi cu o m\u0103m\u0103ligu\u0163\u0103, cei din Polonia nu concep un \u015eabat f\u0103r\u0103 \u201eciulendt\u201d, cei din Ungaria continu\u0103 s\u0103 se bucure cu o sup\u0103 gula\u015f, la fel cum marocanii se m\u00e2ndresc cu pr\u0103jiturile lor pentru s\u0103rb\u0103toarea \u00a0Mimuna sau cu toate felurile de \u201ecube\u201d \u00eenv\u0103\u0163ate de la bunica. Evident c\u0103 \u00een felul acesta este greu de stabilit care este m\u00e2ncarea na\u0163ional\u0103 a israelianului. Dar, fie ca alte necazuri s\u0103 nu avem niciodat\u0103! Genera\u0163ia prezent\u0103 nu este \u00eenc\u0103 coapt\u0103 pentru schimb\u0103ri \u00een acest sens. Dar urm\u0103toarele genera\u0163ii vor t\u0103ia cordonul ombilical cu \u201egalutul\u201d bunicilor lor, ei vor fi adev\u0103ra\u0163ii israelieni din toate punctele de vedere.
