\u201d <\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>(MIHAIL KOG\u0102LNICEANU)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00cen s\u00e2nul fiec\u0103rei epoci, \u00een pieptul fiec\u0103rei genera\u0163ii sunt cobor\u00e2rile \u015fi sui\u015furile acelui context social-istoric \u00een care limba, religia, cultura, tradi\u0163ia c\u00e2\u015ftigate \u015fi p\u0103strate prin jertfele milenare ale s\u00e2ngelui sf\u00e2nt, Neamul, Na\u0163iunea, Poporul nu trebuie doar s\u0103 vie\u0163uiasc\u0103, ci s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 cu voia Domnului suverane destinului suzeranit\u0103\u0163ii lor .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 G\u00e2ndul, cuv\u00e2ntul, fapta, menirea, n\u0103zuin\u0163a, lupta, jertfa, m\u0103rturisirea trebuie s\u0103 apar\u0163in\u0103 doar Fiin\u0163ei Unit\u0103\u0163ii Na\u0163ionale a Rom\u00e2nilor-<strong>PANROM\u00c2NISMUL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Prin <strong>Tudor Vladimirescu<\/strong>, Revolu\u0163ia de la 1821, a \u00eencercat instituirea Drept\u0103\u0163ii sociale, astfel ca <em>Patria s\u0103 devin\u0103 norodul&#8230;,<\/em>iar<em> <\/em>Statul s\u0103 fie rom\u00e2nesc \u015fi fiecare liber.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Revolu\u0163ia de la 1848<\/strong>, a \u00eencercat s\u0103 pun\u0103 l\u00e2ng\u0103 libertate \u015fi no\u0163iunea de proprietate, astfel ca pasul urm\u0103tor s\u0103 uzurpe vasalitatea de sub jugul str\u0103in pentru a se putea \u00eenf\u0103ptui visul m\u0103re\u0163 de aur al Unirii Principatelor Rom\u00e2ne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Orchestrarea \u015fi dirijarea Revolu\u0163iei de la 1848 a apar\u0163inut masonilor, printr-o subtil\u0103 sugestie s-a indicat \u00een programul revolu\u0163ionar din \u0162ara Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u015fi art. 21, care prevedea: <em>\u201eemanciparea israeli\u0163ilor \u015fi drepturi politice pentru orice compatrio\u0163i de alt\u0103 credin\u0163\u0103.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cen \u0162ara lui \u015etefan cel Mare programul revolu\u0163ionar: <em>\u201eDorin\u0163ele partidei na\u0163ionale \u00een Moldova\u201d <\/em>\u00a0a fost elaborat de boierul-c\u0103rturar Mihail Kog\u0103lniceanu care, la art. 27, se stipula: <em>\u201eemanciparea gradual\u0103 a israeli\u0163ilor moldoveni.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unitate \u00een cuget, \u00een idei, \u00een sim\u0163ire, \u00een credin\u0163\u0103, \u00een dreptate, \u00een fapt\u0103, \u00een m\u0103rturisire, \u00een dorin\u0163\u0103 politic\u0103, pentru ca to\u0163i rom\u00e2nii s\u0103 devin\u0103 Fiin\u0163a na\u0163iei cre\u015ftine rom\u00e2ne\u015fti al c\u0103rei trup politic s\u0103 fie Statul na\u0163ional coslujitor fidel na\u0163iei sale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Cauza unit\u0103\u0163ii unei na\u0163iuni este \u00eentotdeauna o cauz\u0103 sf\u00e2nt\u0103 \u015fi se cuvine ca to\u0163i fiii ei s\u0103 o \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u015feasc\u0103, ca pe <em>P\u00e2inea cea de toate zilele<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <em>\u201eNu poate fi fericire f\u0103r\u0103 libertate, nu poate fi libertate f\u0103r\u0103 putere \u015fi noi rom\u00e2nii nu vom putea fi puternici p\u00e2n\u0103 nu ne vom uni cu to\u0163ii \u00eentr-unul \u015fi acela\u015fi corp politic. Unitatea na\u0163ional\u0103 dar e singurul principiu de via\u0163\u0103, singurul principiu de m\u00e2ntuire pentru noi.\u201d<\/em> (Nicolae B\u0103lcescu, 65\/ II, 107-113)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Dup\u0103 destr\u0103marea idealului politic Daco-Rom\u00e2nia, \u00eenf\u0103ptuit de Mihai Viteazul, ideea refacerii unit\u0103\u0163ii politice a Daco-Rom\u00e2niei are o cromatic\u0103 vlaho-ruso-austriac\u0103. \u0162arina Imperiului rus Ecaterina a II-a i-a scris \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u0163\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103ratului austro-ungar Iosif al II-lea la 17 Septembrie 1782, \u00een <em>Messager de Vienne<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <em>\u201eVa trebui cred de a se stabili de mai \u2019nainte \u015fi pentru totdeauna c\u0103 \u00eentre cele trei imperii<\/em> (cel balcanic cu secundo genitur\u0103 ruseasc\u0103 la Constantinopol, cel rusesc \u015fi cel austriac) <em>va trebui s\u0103 existe un stat autonom, totdeauna neat\u00eernat de cele trei \u00eemp\u0103r\u0103\u0163ii limitrofe. Acest stat despre care e vorba de a-l reconstitui, \u015fi care <strong>a existat alt\u0103dat\u0103 sub numele de Dacia<\/strong>, va putea cuprinde Moldova, \u0162ara Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u015fi Basarabia sub guvernul unui monarh cre\u015ftin, apar\u0163in\u00eend ritului ce domne\u015fte \u00een aceste posesiuni \u015fi asupra calit\u0103\u0163ilor personale \u015fi a devotamentului c\u0103ruia cele dou\u0103 Cur\u0163i imperiale s\u0103 se poat\u0103 \u00eentemeia pe deplin. E bine de a se stabili totodat\u0103 c\u0103 noul stat, al c\u0103rui suveran va fi ereditar, trebuie s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00eeie cu totul neat\u00eernat \u015fi c\u0103 nu va putea fi nic\u00eend anexat nici la Austria, nici la Rusia \u015fi asemenea c\u0103 aceste dou\u0103 imperii nu vor permite nicic\u00eend ca acest stat s\u0103 fie c\u00eendva supus unei alte puteri.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0\u00a0 Grani\u0163ele acestui nou stat vor trebui s\u0103 fie delimitate despre partea Poloniei \u015fi Rusiei prin <strong>Dnipru <\/strong>\u015fi <strong>\u00a0Marea Neagr\u0103<\/strong>, iar despre Austria prin linia de achizi\u0163iuni pe care le-am garantat M. V. \u00cemp. printr-o clauz\u0103 secret\u0103 a tratatului nostru, \u015fi apoi prin <strong>Olt<\/strong>, p\u00e2n\u0103 unde el se vars\u0103 \u00een <strong>Dun\u0103re<\/strong>. Despre Turcia noul stat ar avea drept grani\u0163\u0103 Dun\u0103rea p\u00e2n\u0103 la gurile ei.\u201d <\/em>(Apud., Mihai Eminescu, <em>Publicistic\u0103<\/em>, Chi\u015fin\u0103u, Carte moldoveneasc\u0103-1990, p. 295)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Iosif al II-lea r\u0103spunde c\u0103 \u00een principiu este de acord, doar c\u0103 aceast\u0103 dorin\u0163\u0103 o poate decide numai <em>\u201esoarta armelor.\u201d<\/em> <em>\u201eLa acestea caut\u0103 s\u0103 ad\u0103ug\u0103m c\u0103 Iosif II avea de g\u00eend a <strong>uni <\/strong>acestui stat \u015fi <strong>Ardealul<\/strong>, a da \u00een el preponderen\u0163\u0103 elementului rom\u00e2nesc \u015fi de a-l \u0163ine \u00eentreg \u00een at\u00e2rnare de Austria. Singurul punct care-l sup\u0103ra era confesiunea greco-oriental\u0103 a rom\u00e2nilor; de acolo \u00eencerc\u0103ri de-a cultiva repede poporul \u015fi de a-l apropia de catolicism.\u201d<\/em> (ibid., p. 296)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Bogdan Petriceicu Ha\u015fdeu, alt mare boier-c\u0103rturar, os domnesc, titan al enciclopediei \u015fi rafinat condeier al publicisticii rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, cercet\u00e2nd direct \u00een <strong>Colec\u0163ia legilor ruse\u015fti<\/strong>, tomul <strong>18, <\/strong>p. <strong>44<\/strong>, descoper\u0103 c\u0103 de fapt ideea re\u00eenf\u0103ptuirii <strong>Daciei Mari <\/strong>a apar\u0163inut vlaho-dacorom\u00e2nilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pe la 1767, Muntenia \u015fi Moldova erau \u00eenc\u0103 sugrumate de jugul grecilor-fanario\u0163i, iar Ardealul gemea sub biciul habsburgic care le sf\u00e2\u015fia trupul \u015fi via\u0163a. Sub aceast\u0103 povar\u0103 a dezn\u0103d\u0103jduirii vlahii s-au orientat spre o m\u00e2n\u0103 regal\u0103 salvatoare, trimi\u0163\u00e2nd soli la Petersburg \u00een sus\u0163inerea cerin\u0163ei idealului lor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <em>\u201eA\u015fadar\u0103 mai mul\u0163i locuitori din c\u00e2te\u015fitrele \u0163\u0103ri s-au \u00een\u0163eles unii cu al\u0163ii \u015fi, aleg\u00e2nd deputa\u0163i, i-au trimis \u00een Rusia la \u00eemp\u0103r\u0103teasa Ecaterina cea Mare, cer\u00e2nd ca ea s\u0103 le acorde undeva aproape de Kiev un teritoriu \u00eentins, unde ei s\u0103 fundeze o republic\u0103 rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 sub protec\u0163iunea Rusiei, \u00eens\u0103 c\u00e2rmuindu-se dup\u0103 legile rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, \u00een limba rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u015fi av\u00e2nd magistra\u0163i na\u0163ionali rom\u00e2ni. \u00centre celelalte, articolul <strong>19 <\/strong>din acest act cerea urm\u0103toarele: <strong>&lt;&lt;Rug\u0103m pre \u00eenalta gra\u0163ie imperial\u0103 ca s\u0103 ne acorde o diplom\u0103 de garan\u0163ie; \u00eens\u0103 numai neamului nostru rom\u00e2nesc, sub care se \u00een\u0163eleg locuitorii a c\u00e2te\u015fitrei principate, anume moldovenii, muntenii \u015fi transilv\u0103nenii, popor de o limb\u0103 \u015fi o credin\u0163\u0103.&gt;&gt;<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> (Apud., B. Funda\u0163ia Na\u0163ional\u0103 pentru \u015etiin\u0163\u0103 \u015fi Art\u0103, Univers enciclopedic, Bucure\u015fti-2007, p. 134)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Prin urmare cred c\u0103 lucrurile s-au desf\u0103\u015furat sub norma ra\u0163ionamentului lor: deputa\u0163ii vlahilor au venit la Petersburg cu actul propunerii alegerii unui Principat autonom pentru ei, dar frumoasa \u015fi \u00een\u0163eleapta \u0163arin\u0103 Ecaterina a II-a, a c\u00e2nt\u0103rit \u00eendelung, aleg\u00e2nd varianta cea mai bun\u0103 \u015fi mai nobil\u0103 pentru ambele p\u0103r\u0163i \u015fi s-a pronun\u0163at dup\u0103 cum am v\u0103zut \u00een scrisoarea trimis\u0103 monarhului Iosif al II-lea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u0162arina <strong>Ecaterina a II-a<\/strong>, a fost poate cel mai mare monarh pe care l-a avut\u00a0 Rusia \u00een \u00eentreaga ei istorie, demonstr\u00e2nd al\u0103turi de caracterul de cremene, de natura ei complex\u0103, vesel\u0103, ve\u015fnic \u00eendr\u0103gostit\u0103, ve\u015fnic iubitoare de via\u0163\u0103, suverana artei, culturii \u015fi moderniz\u0103rii urbane, con\u015ftient\u0103 de regalul ei Destin. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 aceast\u0103 Corol\u0103 de calit\u0103\u0163i rare, avea \u015fi o extraordinar\u0103 calitate de adaptare, a\u015fa cum o rezuma prin\u0163ul Wiazemski: <em>\u201eMulte lucruri din istoria noastr\u0103 se pot explica prin faptul c\u0103 un rus, adic\u0103 Petru cel Mare, s-a str\u0103duit s\u0103 fac\u0103 din noi ni\u015fte germani, \u00een timp ce o germanc\u0103, Ecaterina cea Mare, a vrut s\u0103 fac\u0103 din noi ru\u015fi.\u201d<\/em> (Vladimir Fedorovski, <em>Via\u0163a Secret\u0103 a \u0162arinelor.<\/em> Trad. Conferin\u0163ele de la Paris nu s-au identificat cu dorin\u0163ele Principatelor Rom\u00e2ne, dar <em>\u201ezarurile fuseser\u0103 aruncate\u201d<\/em> \u015fi oamenii politici rom\u00e2ni au trecut Rubiconul spre Unire, cu dou\u0103 mari deziderate: unul de <strong>excep\u0163ie<\/strong>, rom\u00e2nesc-Unirea Principatelor sub un Regat Rom\u00e2n, altul de <strong>inep\u0163ie<\/strong>, cosmopolit, ocult: prin\u0163ul str\u0103in care, a fost <em>am\u00e2nat <\/em>p\u00e2n\u0103 dup\u0103 detronarea Rom\u00e2nului Cuza, perioad\u0103 ce a culminat cu epoca <strong>prea aplec\u0103rii noastr\u0103 c\u0103tre str\u0103ini<\/strong>, exerci\u0163iu de repeta\u0163iune \u015fi ast\u0103zi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Stindardul Constitu\u0163iunii putea a\u015fadar, \u00eembr\u0103\u0163i\u015fa to\u0163i rom\u00e2nii din ambele Principate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cenainte merg\u0103toare m\u0103re\u0163ului eveniment al alegerii Domnului Unirii, s-au cernut dou\u0103 profe\u0163ii ale unui rom\u00e2n iubitor de Mo\u015fie, aduse la lumin\u0103 rom\u00e2nilor de unul din num\u0103rul foii <em>Rom\u00e2niei <\/em>din anul 1858:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <strong><em>\u201eCine ni s-a alegi de Domn nu o va g\u00e2ci strig\u0103tul partidelor, ci o vroin\u0163\u0103 din sus care, c\u00e2nd timpul ei va fi sosit, \u00eensufle\u0163i-va inimile deputa\u0163ilor prin sloboda-n\u0163\u0103legere \u015fi sf\u0103tuire fiec\u0103rui dintr-\u00een\u015fii cu ceilal\u0163i \u015f-a tuturor \u00eempreun\u0103. Acea voin\u0163\u0103 din sus nu va alege de Domn p-unul din acei ce se sprijin\u0103 de vuietul partidelor \u00eempuindu-se-\u015fi \u0163\u0103rei, ci p-un rom\u00e2n ce nu \u0163inte\u015fte la scaunul domnesc, \u00eens\u0103, aleg\u00e2ndu-s\u0103, va priimi-ncredin\u0163ata lui povar\u0103 cu frica lui Dumnezeu&#8230;\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u015ei cea dea doua proorocie, ca toate proorociile s-a \u00eemplinit asemeni celei dint\u00e2i:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201e&#8230; Va muri pentru sine \u015fi pentru rudele sale, pentru prietenii \u015fi cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele sale, pentru du\u015fmanii \u015fi r\u0103u-voitorii de-nainte, va-nvia pentru a se jertfi-n tot ceasul binelui \u0163\u0103rei!\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0 S\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 M\u0103ria Sa Vod\u0103!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 (Apud., B. Inteligent f\u0103r\u0103 viclenie, r\u0103u-dac\u0103 e r\u0103u-f\u0103r\u0103 f\u0103\u0163\u0103rnicie; bun f\u0103r\u0103 sl\u0103biciune; c\u2019un cuv\u00eent ni se pare c\u0103 at\u00eet calit\u0103\u0163ile, c\u00eet \u015fi defectele rom\u00e2nului s\u00eent \u00eentregi, ne\u00eenchircite; el se arat\u0103 cum este.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em>(M. \u015fi mai ales ob\u0163inerea suveranit\u0103\u0163ii absolute \u00een rela\u0163iile interne, dreptul dinastic ereditar \u015f.a.
