C\u00e2ntecele care trezesc pasiune nu sunt c\u00e2ntece, sunt bocete; dansurile \u015fi piesele care trezesc pasiunea sunt batjocur\u0103; podoabele \u015fi decora\u0163iile care provoac\u0103 exhibi\u0163ionism sunt o povar\u0103; pasiunea ne\u00eenfr\u00e2nat\u0103 cre\u015fte nefericirea. \u00cen economia modern\u0103, a lui Keynes, omul trebuie s\u0103 devin\u0103 avut, \u00een economia lui Mahavir, omul trebuie s\u0103-\u015fi tr\u0103iasc\u0103 via\u0163a pa\u015fnic \u015fi fericit.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Conceptul economic al dezvolt\u0103rii. A\u015fadar nevoile primare ale fiec\u0103ruia trebuie satisf\u0103cute \u015fi fiecare trebuie s\u0103-\u015fi tr\u0103iasc\u0103 via\u0163a \u00een fericire \u015fi pace. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, mecanizarea creeaz\u0103 \u015fomaj \u015fi chiar meseria de preot ajunge s\u0103 fie f\u0103cut\u0103 de un robot. Mahavir a clasificat oamenii \u00een trei categorii: cel ce are multe dorin\u0163e (Mahechha), cel ce are pu\u0163ine dorin\u0163e (Alpechha), cel ce nu are dorin\u0163e (Ichhajayi). Economia nonviolen\u0163ei, odat\u0103 cu eradicarea s\u0103r\u0103ciei, aplic\u0103 \u015fi conceptul mahavirian de societate vrati (dedicat\u0103).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Economia nonviolen\u0163ei \u015fi a p\u0103cii. Economia modern\u0103 nu e pentru nonviolen\u0163\u0103 sau pace, ci pentru prosperitate. Gandhi s-a opus industrialismului \u015fi concentr\u0103rii capitalului, cer\u00e2nd descentralizarea industriei. Mahavira a dat trei direc\u0163ii \u00een ce prive\u015fte produc\u0163ia: a nu se manufactura arme ale violen\u0163ei (ahimsappyane), a nu se asambla arme (asanjutahikarne), a nu se face instruire pentru munc\u0103 p\u0103c\u0103toas\u0103 \u015fi violen\u0163\u0103 (apavkammovades).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>S\u0103r\u0103cie \u015fi \u015fomaj. Omul are multe min\u0163i \u015fi abilit\u0103\u0163i, nimeni nu e inferior, nici complet inutil (Mahavira). Sistemul economic modern are patru direc\u0163ii: eradicarea s\u0103r\u0103ciei, oprirea cre\u015fterii popula\u0163iei, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea mediului, eradicarea \u015fomajului.Este o rela\u0163ie invers\u0103 \u00eentre s\u0103r\u0103cie \u015fi cre\u015fterea popula\u0163iei. Golirea satelor \u015fi migrarea popula\u0163iei \u00een megaora\u015fe, ca \u015fi filosofia determinist\u0103 cauzeaz\u0103 \u015fomaj. Urm\u00e2nd anekanta, filosofia lui Mahavir sintetizeaz\u0103 soarta \u015fi ini\u0163iativa personal\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ahimsa prakashan \u015fi autoserviciul. Educa\u0163ia pentru serviciu s-a extins \u00een diferite centre ale ahimsa prshikshan spre anul 2000, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 250 meserii tehnice \u015fi netehnice. Mica ini\u0163iativ\u0103 a rezultat \u00een mii de oameni educa\u0163i \u00een autoserviciu \u00een meserii precum cusut, lucru la calculator, be\u0163e de t\u0103m\u00e2ie, medicamente din produse de p\u0103dure, vopsitorie mehendi. Nu trebuie s\u0103 devii ahimsak dup\u0103 g\u0103sirea unui serviciu. Un om fl\u0103m\u00e2nd comite violen\u0163\u0103, dar nu este mai pu\u0163in violent un om bogat. Instruirea pentru purificarea emo\u0163iilor este la fel de necesar\u0103 ca instruirea pentru serviciu. Sunt organizate campusuri s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale \u015fi lunare.
