Scopul artei medicale este s\u0103n\u0103tatea, cel al construc\u0163iei de cor\u0103bii, corabia, cel al strategiei, biruin\u0163a, cel al artei economice, bog\u0103\u0163ia. Filosoful consider\u0103 c\u0103 \u015ftiin\u0163a care urm\u0103re\u015fte binele tuturor este politica, iar celelalte \u015ftiin\u0163e, printre care \u015fi economia, sunt cuprinse \u00een aceasta. Un om poate fi mul\u0163umit atunci c\u00e2nd ajut\u0103 un singur om s\u0103 dob\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 bun\u0103starea, dar mai frumos \u015fi divin este c\u00e2nd se poate realiza acest bine pentru un popor \u00eentreg. Faptele frumoase \u015fi drepte, \u00eens\u0103, manifest\u0103 de multe ori nepotriviri \u015fi nestatornicie. Egoismul economic apreciat de marii g\u00e2nditori \u00een perioadele clasice a ie\u015fit din limitele admise ale comportamentului uman.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Din aceste scurte considera\u0163ii trebuie s\u0103 con\u015ftientiz\u0103m c\u0103 indiferent c\u00e2t\u0103 experien\u0163\u0103 \u015fi abilitate \u00een afaceri am avea, indiferent c\u00e2t\u0103 \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 economic\u0103 am cunoa\u015fte, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eensu\u015firea unui comportament etic nu vom avea performan\u0163\u0103 \u00een via\u0163a economic\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De\u015fi au fost consacrate concepte, principii \u015fi defini\u0163ii ale eticii, noi trebuie s\u0103 \u00een\u0163elegem c\u0103 \u00een via\u0163a economic\u0103 etica se traduce printr-un comportament uman \u015fi normal, f\u0103r\u0103 afectarea negativ\u0103 a rela\u0163iilor parteneriale sau a rela\u0163iilor cu clien\u0163ii.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dup\u0103 abordarea lui Aristotel, etica vizeaz\u0103 comportamentul responsabil al oamenilor \u00een func\u0163ie de percep\u0163ia lor asupra cinstei sau drept\u0103\u0163ii.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De\u015fi, \u00een perioada modern\u0103, a evoluat limbajul literar \u015fi conceptual asupra abord\u0103rilor \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, consider contemporan\u0103 cu noi revela\u0163ia filosofilor din perioada veche \u015fi a Sfin\u0163ilor P\u0103rin\u0163i ai Bisericii Cre\u015ftine, cu privire la conduita \u015fi comportamentul uman \u00een via\u0163a economic\u0103 \u015fi social\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Scrierile filosofice din acea perioad\u0103 par a se adresa, \u00een fiecare moment al istoriei, fiec\u0103rei categorii umane \u015fi profesionale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aristotel vede \u00een virtute o calitate a sufletului \u015fi nu a trupului. A\u015fa cum cel care vindec\u0103 ochii trebuie s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 \u00eensu\u015firea lor, a\u015fa \u015fi \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torul acestor concepte trebuie s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 atributele nobile \u015fi divine ale sufletului precum \u015fi vulnerabilit\u0103\u0163ile acestuia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Desigur, tr\u0103im vremuri devitalizante, \u00een care sufletul abia mai respir\u0103 de materialism \u015fi consumerism. Tr\u0103im, \u00een lumea afacerilor, vremuri de zeificare a m\u0103rfurilor \u015fi politicilor de marketing \u015fi de uitare \u015fi persiflare a culturii. De fapt, \u015fi noi devenim m\u0103rfuri \u015fi instrumente ale politicii de marketing, devenim resurse umane, for\u0163a de munc\u0103, cantit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi calit\u0103\u0163i strict economice, \u00een general.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00cen aceste vremuri de prosperitate \u015fi bun\u0103stare material\u0103, este greu s\u0103 explic\u0103m \u015fi s\u0103 ar\u0103t\u0103m importan\u0163a sufletului, a principiilor etice, a\u00a0<em>bunei cuviin\u0163e<\/em>, a respectului \u015fi corectitudinii \u00een rela\u0163iile \u015fi contractele comerciale. \u015ei, totu\u015fi poate c\u0103 actuala \u015fi, s\u0103 sper\u0103m, trec\u0103toarea criz\u0103 economic\u0103 ne demonstreaz\u0103 c\u0103 etica, definit\u0103 \u015fi \u00eensu\u015fit\u0103 pe \u00een\u0163elesul fiec\u0103ruia, este mai important\u0103 dec\u00e2t politica de pre\u0163 sau de produs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De fapt, lumea afacerilor ar fi mai bun\u0103 \u015fi mai bogat\u0103 dac\u0103 am \u0163ine cont de etic\u0103 \u00een politica de publicitate, \u00een v\u00e2nz\u0103ri, \u00een tratamentul fa\u0163\u0103 de salaria\u0163i, fa\u0163\u0103 de parteneri \u015fi fa\u0163\u0103 de clien\u0163i.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Virtu\u0163ile intelectuale sunt \u00een\u0163elepciunea, inteligen\u0163a \u015fi pruden\u0163a. Virtu\u0163ile morale sunt d\u0103rnicia \u015fi cump\u0103tarea. Aceste \u00eensu\u015firi trebuie s\u0103 fie reale, nu bazate pe manipulare, ipocrizie, f\u0103\u0163\u0103rnicie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Potrivit dic\u0163ionarului,\u00a0<em>virtutea reprezint\u0103 o \u00eensu\u015fire moral\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 a omului; \u00eensu\u015fire de caracter care urm\u0103re\u015fte \u00een mod constant idealul etic, binele; integritatea moral\u0103 sau o \u00eenclina\u0163ie statornic\u0103 special\u0103 c\u0103tre un anumit fel de \u00eendeletniciri sau ac\u0163iuni frumoase.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>,,Prin c\u00e2ntare la chitar\u0103 cineva devine de exemplu un chitarist bun precum \u015fi r\u0103u \u015fi \u00een acela\u015fi fel cu privire la arhitect \u015fi orice meseria\u015f sau artist. Antet, p. 38)<em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Etica reprezint\u0103 o tr\u0103ire uman\u0103, o stare de spirit, o tr\u0103ire natural\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 eforturi comportamentale. Etica nu se \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 din tratate sau coduri de specialitate, pentru etic\u0103 nu ar trebui s\u0103 existe norme pe care s\u0103 le respec\u0163i\u00a0<em>ad litteram<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Etica o ai sau nu o ai. Omul care are din fire o conduit\u0103 natural\u0103 \u015fi bun\u0103, ce \u00ee\u015fi extrage esen\u0163a din darurile divine, nu are nevoie de tratate de etic\u0103 dec\u00e2t pentru a-\u015fi cultiva noble\u0163ea \u015fi fine\u0163ea sufleteasc\u0103 \u015fi intelectual\u0103. Dac\u0103 alt om, are din fire o conduit\u0103 nepozitiv\u0103 \u00een rela\u0163iile cu ceilal\u0163i oameni, toate filosofiile \u015fi tratatele din lume nu \u00eel pot ajuta s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 condi\u0163ia. \u00cen via\u0163\u0103 po\u0163i s\u0103 fii un bun economist dar s\u0103 ai calit\u0103\u0163ile umane atrofiate \u015fi po\u0163i s\u0103 fii un om \u00eennobilat de frumos \u015fi de limpezime \u00een activitatea de coordonare sau aplicare a unor decizii, f\u0103r\u0103 prea mult\u0103 \u015fcoal\u0103. Omul trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 mai \u00eent\u00e2i cunoa\u015ftere \u015fi aceasta s\u0103 fie vitaminizat\u0103 prin cuno\u015ftiin\u0163e pe tot parcursul vie\u0163ii.\u00a0<em>,,S\u0103 fii domn e o \u00eent\u00e2mplare, s\u0103 fii om e lucru mare\u201d<\/em>\u00a0spune un c\u00e2ntec.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Educa\u0163ia \u015fcolar\u0103 \u015fi universitar\u0103 este esen\u0163ial\u0103 pentru \u00eenmul\u0163irea talan\u0163ilor (talentelor). Un om poate deveni un medic des\u0103v\u00e2r\u015fit dup\u0103 ce a studiat foarte bine \u015ftiin\u0163ele medicale, la fel un inginer. Dar un om poate avea o abilitate economic\u0103 sau managerial\u0103 extraordinar\u0103 \u00eenainte de ob\u0163inerea unei diplome de specialitate, \u015fcoala \u00eel ajut\u0103 s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 mai \u00eent\u00e2i alfabetul \u00een domeniu, apoi detaliile \u015fi mecanismul sistemului. Economia de azi are o dinamic\u0103 \u015fi o sensibilitate care \u00ee\u015fi g\u0103se\u015fte, de multe ori, explica\u0163ia \u00een c\u0103r\u0163i dup\u0103 terminarea evenimentului.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Etica, \u00een economie, trebuie s\u0103 reprezinte conduita uman\u0103 a bun\u0103st\u0103rii. Atunci c\u00e2nd omul con\u015ftientizeaz\u0103 valorile fundamentale ale vie\u0163ii, adev\u0103rata frumuse\u0163e \u015fi bog\u0103\u0163ie, se apropie de \u015ftiin\u0163a curat\u0103 cu efect profilactic, terapeutic \u015fi vitaminizant pentru minte \u015fi suflet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P\u0103rintele Arsenie Boca ne arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u201eprecum urm\u0103rim o armonie \u00eentre facult\u0103\u0163ile suflete\u015fti, tot a\u015fa trebuie s\u0103 urm\u0103rim o armonie \u015fi \u00eentre cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele din mai multe domenii, precum \u015fi o sintez\u0103 a acestora cu via\u0163a. Pentru un om, semenul s\u0103u nu este valoros prin calit\u0103\u0163ile sale, prin talentele sale. Omul este valoros azi prin func\u0163ia sa, prin averea sa, prin bunurile achizi\u0163ionate, care se confund\u0103 de multe ori cu identitatea lui. E\u015fti valoros pentru c\u0103 ai milioane de euro \u00een cont, nu prin via\u0163a ta cu toate ale ei, bune \u015fi rele. Omul nepre\u0163uit ca valoare are ast\u0103zi pre\u0163, se vinde \u015fi se cump\u0103r\u0103. P\u00e2n\u0103 acum c\u00e2\u0163iva ani nu \u015ftiam ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 cuv\u00e2ntul\u00a0<em>stres,<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>cauzele \u015fi efectele stresului erau necunoscute.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oamenii sufer\u0103 din cauza solicit\u0103rilor nervoase \u015fi suflete\u015fti, solicit\u0103ri determinate de o \u00eentrecere \u015fi o grab\u0103 c\u0103tre nic\u0103ieri. Omul catalogat drept\u00a0<em>for\u0163\u0103 de munc\u0103, capital uman<\/em>\u00a0sau\u00a0<em>resurs\u0103 uman\u0103,<\/em>\u00a0\u00een afar\u0103 de tratamentul \u015fi ritmul de lucru la care este supus, se mai confrunt\u0103 cu manipularea \u015fi cu publicitatea exagerat\u0103 menite a-i spori nevoile ce trebuie satisf\u0103cute.
